Company had to send out a professional to fix a job that wasn't completely finished by the previous company and this guy was very thorough, knowledgeable and customer service superb. He was able to fix our chicken runs and finish the job. Amazing

Delon was professional and personable. He called before arriving to the location. Delon got right to work, was thorough, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions. Delon cleaned up and took away the old disposal.

Destin our technician was great but B&L labor services sucks especially when it comes to communication we had technicians show up to our house twice without the toilet even though Lowes put on the receipt installer pickup the first technician wasn’t willing to go back and pick it up so we rescheduled and B&L services contacted me to see if they had to pick up the toilet and I told them yes and I also told them where to pick it up from in the second technician still showed up without the toilet, but he was willing to go back and get it so B&L services communication sucks And I wouldn’t recommend going through them

After scheduling an appointment for a Christmas Light Roof Measurement, it took these guys 3 different times to get to me.

Each day they were supposed to be on location, I was not notify prior to appointment that they would be late/not showing up. Instead I would receive a call HOURS AFTER they were supposed to be on location.

Every time I would get into contact with one of the contractors, I would have to repeat over, and over of what I wanted measured.

On the day they did show, the appointment was scheduled for 3pm - 5pm. I received a phone call at 7:30pm stating they were behind schedule with a broken hitch & would be there by 8pm.

If you're 4.5 hours late, and you failed to notify your customers prior to 3pm, that's just terrible.

Destin's work was excellent. He went right to work and did everything on the work order. He even impressed our neighbor who is also an HOA officer. He was checking out the mailbox post that Destin installed. He told me later how impressed he was. Destin cleaned up after he completed the job. He is great!!!

Great interaction with B&L labor services every time I need them to complete a move. Super accommodating and not afraid to suggest a better way to go about a move in a professional manner.

Got my kids playset put together and installed in a single day. That was last spring. No issues since it was put together.

These guys showed up on time and we’re very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.
