Holy smokes! BKG should be what ALL contractors should aspire to be! Panicked phone from a hysterical woman? Jeff and Aaron handled it - NO problem! ‍♀️

Let me set the stage: Walk into your dining room at 0600 with socks and step in water - prior to coffee. Panicking- right? Why’s there water in my dining room?
I’ve never had to submit a homeowner’s insurance claim ever! What are you even supposed to do in this moment? Other than the obvious (shut off water!?) How do I get this water out? Does this mean my stinky kids can’t shower? Is my house going to crumble from a leaky foundation? (All honest thoughts at the initial moment)

Literally went to google - because I don’t know ANYONE in construction! Boom… BKG had good reviews and pictures. Called em immediately… Jeff had Aaron at our house the SAME day we put out the bat signal!

We had dehumidifiers, fans, a new water heater - SAME day! Remediation was immediately covered and our insurance adjuster gave the go-ahead! (Aaron literally walked me through the entire process!)

As soon as our insurance adjuster gave the go ahead to start working on the actual work after everything was dried out - Mario, Carlos, Ruben… all of their guys - were THERE and ready to get it done! I didn’t have to worry about a thing! These guys came in and handled it!!

Obviously no construction/tear out comes without some kind of issue or situation - Right? Plus… if you’ve ever dealt with an insurance claim
- HOW IS IT SO DIFFICULT?! WHY?

But every situation that we encountered - was handled IMMEDIATELY and with full transparency! (That’s the important part - transparency!)

Jeff - Aaron - the Scott family truly cannot give enough thanks and appreciation for the patience, work, dedication, communication, and complete support in this entire process.

I had no idea what to do - or how to even begin. Thank you guys SO incredibly much for everything!
