I had water leaking damage from my roof two month ago. My friend introduced this company for roof repair and replacement because my friend and his 5 neighbors in his division replaced their roofs and there were no issues. Scott, the owner, came to see and listened to my problems and gave a quick and reasonable estimate. He was good to talk and negotiate the proposal and gave a practical advice for the work. He tried to keep the roof replacement schedule on time with his crews and finished well. For interior ceiling repair he assigned a local repairman. The repair price is a little high, but his work was well-done. He also registered GAF warranty for me, too. I am satisfied with their work and service. I would recommend to my friend, too.

Scott and his crew showed up early as promised, laid down tarp for easy debris removal and began removing shingles a little after 7am. By 10:30 the crew began putting down new shingles, and by 3:30 that afternoon we had a new roof that looks amazing! If you need a roof repaired, or just a new roof, give Scott a call and he'll treat you right. I wish he was my first call, so I didn't waste the time with the others.

The roof on my house sprung a small leak. Got quotes from several roofing contractors. Birmingham Roofs was the best quote by a mile. Since I have a fairly high deductible on my insurance policy, price point was a important consideration. Didn't want to get them involved so my rates didn't get jacked.
Scott and his crew arrived early, We discussed the work to be done and everything was done within a couple hours. They cleaned up everything and left no mess at all. After completion Scott took the time to address several other questions I had about the roof. Additionally, he addressed another small issue he spotted and took care of it for me. Birmingham Roofs replaced the roof on our condo building, and we are very happy with the results. Scott and his team bring a lot of experience to the work. Editing to add: Over a year after our roof replacement, we called Scott for a separate job to repair our roof access hatch, which was damaged in a recent storm. Birmingham Roofs made an entirely new hatch for us that is an upgrade from the old one. Glad we went back to Birmingham Roofs for this and would do so again.

I did not end up using their service. I had a roof inspection scheduled and for them to look at some ventilation issues I think we are having. No one ever showed up. I called an hour after the scheduled appointment to find out if they were still coming. I was then informed that the person that was suppose to be doing the inspection got caught up on another roofing job which is understandable. What is not understandable is no one contacting me to let me know and how I had to burn PTO for no one to show up. I will say the girl on the phone, I think Autumn was her name, was very nice. They did reschedule me for the next week but I decided to go with a different company so I do not have to worry about a no show.

I initially hired Birmingham Roofs to replace my roof, which was in pretty bad condition from the previous owner (it was triple shingled and rotting in places). Scott was really professional and articulated exactly what needed to done when he was giving me the quote. They did the tear off and replacement in one day, and it's soooo much better.

I then hired them to do some roofing trim repair. Part of the fascia was rotting away in places due to bad shingling from the previous roofers. They fixed that quickly and efficiently as well.

They were really upfront about costs and the details of both jobs. I definitely recommend them

Very professional and great customer service and communication! Scott came out to evaluate my project even when the weather was not cooperating. He was quick to get my roof replacement scheduled. He text me when he arrived and again when the job was finished. I would use Birmingham Roofs again!
