I had a damaged kitchen ceiling from a shower drain leak and came to BioClean looking for answers. They were not the first company my wife and I contacted, but they were the one we used because they worked with us instead of trying to sell us something in a hurry. Very friendly, great with communication, and the work they did was excellent.

I called Bioclean and requested an appointment to determine if mold was present under my window. I was impressed with the young lady that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She had a great personality and offered excellent customer service. David came out and shared his expertise and wisdom. He was thorough and offered resources to resolve the issue. It was a relief to find out that it was not mold. David took the time to explain what I needed to do and where I could purchase the items to fix the issue. He also provided a referral for another matter I mentioned to him. Bioclean puts the customer first and ensures that they deliver the best experience.

Scheduled these guys to do odor remediation in a rental house and they were great. I had a sewage pipe burst in my crawlspace and was having a hard time finding a business who had the time and capacity to clean it, and it had to be cleaned before the pipe could be fixed and we could use our facilities again. Bioclean Restoration was very responsive and able to come clean it within a few days of the initial consultation, which happened the same day as I called, and the plumber who fixed the pipe afterwards commented on what a great job they did cleaning it up. They also worked directly with my home owners insurance, which was very helpful.

Initially spoke to David on the phone and he was very courteous and informative. Tim performed an inspection of our crawl space and identified several moisture issues, and was very professional. We were pleased with the quote that was provided to us and we were added to the schedule immediately.
