Eric renovated our garage - lining it, installing cabinetry and attic storage, a tile floor and French doors. Eric was easy to work with, always punctual and very knowledgeable when helping me decide on products and design. His workmanship and that of his team was excellent. The garage looks great and is very functional now. I would strongly recommend Eric for future projects.

I cannot recommend Binder and Sons more strongly! We had to fix a water damaged garage, as well as add a foundation so that we could add rooms on top of the garage. From start to finish Erik communicated more than I ever expected a contractor could. Erik very much understood exactly what my husband and I prioritized for the job, and checked in throughout the process. We are so impressed with the final product. The attention to detail is immaculate, and everything is solidly built.
Erik and his team completed this project while we were out of town, yet kept the house very clean and treated it as if it were their own.
The architect Scott was efficient and gave us the perfect design on the first try. Erik also has an amazing eye for detail and spotted details I would have never picked up on, especially since I was out of town.
The wood floor workmanship is so well done and the flooring blends into our existing flooring. We also had a second AC system updated and cannot be happier! Every carpenter and painter was amazing as well!
I am most impressed by Erik’s communication, attention to detail, and follow through. Erik delivered on everything exactly as promised or better! He was also quick to go through any small punch list items to wrap the project up. This was the largest project we will ever complete and I am so thrilled to have found Binder and Sons.

We worked with Erik on the renovation of our bathroom and are very happy with the results. He was very easy to communicate with and the renovation was done on schedule and within the proposed budget. We really appreciated working with his recommended designer, who helped us figure out tile, vanity, cabinets, etc. He very effectively manages crews of workers for different parts of the job. Mr Binder & Son initially helped me during a very difficult time. My sister listed her house but it needed some repairs. In the middle of the process Mr Binder came to our rescue! It was the height of COVID, before vaccinations were created and my sister became very ill. She was hospitalized and I took over her home sale with the help of her listing agent who introduced me to Mr Binder. The house needed a lot of TLC in the form of repairs. Mr Binder was very sympathetic and made all of the needed repairs in record time. The house was so beautiful after he was done we received a full cash offer after only two days on the market! It’s no wonder that 4 years later I called Mr Binder to help me with repairs to my own house. Mr Binder and Mr Jose came in and immediately described the work to be done. Mr Jose worked diligently and carefully to repair drywall, install wood trim and paint. The work turned out beautifully. Mr Jose is very neat, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Erik and his team did a great job on my bathroom. It is a small space, but feels more roomy and clean and bright. He gutted all of it, opened up a closet, and created a modern look. I really like the result and would work with Erik again. Unfortunately I am unable to upload photos at this time, the function is giving me errors - but I will do so when I can.

Binder and Son is prompt, responsive, and reliable. We posed a multi-piece job to Erik, including the fairly urgent replacement of an odd-sized microwave. He was able to find and install a new one in just a couple of days. Other, larger tasks are still pending. Will update - but we are sure that those portions of the work will go just as smoothly.

We had a great experience with Binder and Son Home Improvement after hiring them to retile a bathroom shower due to a plumbing leak. Erik was very responsive and knowledgeable in advising us of our options to help keep the costs down, including selecting materials. His crew was always on time, demonstrated good attention to detail, and was careful to clean the work area every day. The end result - new tiled walls and niche - look great! Erik had great customer service and we hope to work with him again on other projects!

They did an excellent job of removing a wall, window trim, finding a leak and fixing the issue. Couldn’t have been more pleased. It looked perfect when they put everything back together and left the room perfectly cleaned up. Very honest. So happy with the result.

Binder and Sons did a great job repairing damage to my garage caused by squirrels.. I appreciate the quality of work they performed at a reasonable price.

My next task is to seek reimbursement from the squirrels but some say that would be nuts.

Eric and his team were hired to fix a plumbing issue and rebuild the shower in my unit. They did a great job, the tile looks great and they even added a shelf into the shower which is exactly what I wanted. I'm really happy with how the shower turned out. It was super professionally done. I recommend their services, for sure.

Eric is a consummate professional. He was very easy to work with and was completely reliable. He told us when he would be here and he showed up when he said he would, all of the time. He and his carpenter Eric worked capably and without supervision. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site in pristine condition. I was very pleased with Eric's services and certainly plan to use him again.

Once the permit was approved, they worked promptly on our project. We never had to wonder what the next step would be! Eric would communicate often with each next step.
