I was double charged when I asked for a refund receipt for the other almost $500 taken out of my account Diane laughed and said she didn’t know how to do a return receipt. Sat there for 5 almost 6 days with no money at all because this company double charged me and took their time investigating how they double charged me. They upgraded my trash can as an apology felt like a slap in the face considering they charged my card almost $1000 then when I asked for the return of funds Diane laughed at me I have every conversation recorded as well in case they didn’t want to return my funds and I got Diane LITERALLY laughing at me for them taking my money & her proudly saying she didn’t know how to send a return receipt for my funds. It was a email to send “hey we returning you your money of 469.00 it will be back in your account after the returns processes” never got the email but got the money back. Still need the return receipt of funds never got it. I’m never using this service again and will spread how bad of an experience I had with everyone. If you wanna listen to the audio of Diane laughing at me Dan you have my number from me contacting you all over the troubles with the dumpsters yall need better people in that office Kristen double charged me & Diane laughed at me about it. Almost $500 stolen from me then I got laughed at when I asked for proof that they was gonna return the funds. I also need the return receipt for legal reasons not that it’s anyone’s business but I needed the return receipt and the receipt from the dumpster this place is SUPER unprofessional I would not recommend at all!

Recently rented a dumpster for Bin There Dump That Michiana for a carpet pulling house decluttering project and are exceedingly pleased with thier service and the cost of rental. We will definitely rent from BTDT again later this summer.

Great to work with! Other than they did not call as requested before dropping off. No big deal as it was put in a good spot, but we did request that.

The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The instructions for drop-off and pick-up were clear and easy to follow, and the guidelines on how to load the dumpster and what materials were allowed were well explained. Great service overall!

Bin was brought when promised and picked up when promised. We even received a reminder call that it was going to be picked up the next day. Very friendly people and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We have used them twice . The roll offs are clean and in great shape! They hold way more than you think. The customer service is awesome! They will guide you through the process! They are very clear on what can and can not be disposed of. They answered all my questions quickly. They even swept up after removing it! Great company! Prices are pretty standard for this service.

Bin There Dump That was absolutely amazing! We requested a dumpster same day and it was delivered within hours. We then filled it up and called asked for it to be removed next day. Delivery was professional, protected the driveway and driver was very friendly. Without a doubt would recommend the service of this amazing company!

BTDT was very east to work with. We used them for about 3 months at a job site in Knox. They were always prompt and polite. Their pricing is on par with others. Would recommend and would use them again.

Highly recommend! They were so kind to work with from the ladies on the phone to the man who dropped off the dumpster. I scheduled for a dumpster and was able to have it delivered by the end of the week. Will definitely use again.

Ordering the roll off was very easy. You don’t even have to be home during drop off or pickup. Marsha was very friendly over the phone and answers any questions. My roll off driver even put my weekly trash can back up by my house for me! Going to order my next roll off from Bin There Dump That!

They have wonderful customer service on the phone & the drop off/pickup drivers. The rates are very fair compared to others in my area. We were able to extend our service 2 extra days without any issues just the small additional cost per day. The dumpster was clean & in great shape upon arrival. We had no issues with the doors or anything & it was so easy to load. I have used other companies in the past & other companies dumpsters were rusted out, holes in them & doors unusable. I highly recommend the Argos, IN location for quality service at reasonable price!

From the initial ordering to final pick up, the entire process went extremely smooth. Everybody I dealt with, either on the phone or in person was very friendly. They placed boards down on my driveway to protect it before setting the dumpster down and secured a tarp over the top when they picked it up to keep any debris from flying out. I’d definitely use them again and will recommend them to anybody looking for a dumpster.

When the dumpster showed up, the guy was very professional and was able to make it all the way up in my winding driveway and got it to the exact spot where I needed it. Plus everyone was very nice and friendly.

Delivered the dumpster on time. They made sure I had a path to get around the dumpster. I was able to open and close the doors to the dumpster (the last company did not). They placed the dumpster on wood as to not damage our driveway. They scheduled a pick up at the time of delivery. We could call for an extension if needed. The previous company required you schedule a pick up at the end of the rental period. I had forgotten that the with the previous company- and they charged me for additional days. It was much more convenient to automatically have it retrieved. They came and picked it up- no muss no fuss. My driveway was clean. It was an amazingly easy transaction. It was also one of the cheapest rentals around. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and kind.
