This is a really good company. If you need a new roof call Billy's, you won't be disappointed. Mariah is a great salesperson. She can answer all you're questions and is quick to get back with you. All the installers were very professional and did a great job. They went out of their way to protect the property before they started work. If you need a roof I don't think you will be disappointed by calling Billy's. They were really good.

Billy’s provided all info I needed to be ready for the installation. They are licensed and insured and use their own employees (no contractors). On time on installation day and finished on same day. Katelyn knows roofing! She took me step by step through the roofing process, the materials that would be needed, gave me help in choosing colors, reassured me she would be there checking with the team throughout the day of install. She has excellent communication skills keeping in touch with me before and during the day of install. She wasn't the lowest bid I received but after meeting with her I knew I was dealing with someone with honesty and fairness. That's the kind of person of integrity I like dealing with! Billy's Roofing did a wonderful job with our roof. They were very diligent in getting the work done and in the clean-up afterward. Their salesperson Joshua is a stand-up guy, which I appreciate. An additional point to make--Billy's wasn't the cheapest roofing quote we received, but we felt that it was honest and accurate, considering the roof boards that needed replacement. We appreciated that being factored into the quote and we would recommend them again.

Billy’s Roofing did a wonderful job with my roof. I was very happy with the sales associate I worked with who made the whole process easier and didn’t talk down to me when explaining things. I would recommend them as a woman home owner! They quickly got my roof scheduled after I signed my contract and completed the whole project in two days. I only had two issues I noticed afterwards and they were able to resolve those quickly with some additional work, which I appreciated.

Katelyn is so knowledgeable on different options and roofing material. She made me feel so comfortable about making the right choice for my home. Total process was only one day, they made sure to cover up certain areas outdoors to prevent damage. Staff were very kind and professional. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, you wouldn’t have even known they were there. Roof is holding up 11/10 and you cannot beat the price for the quality.
