Tremendous service and work! I hired Storm Guard to fix a leak in my roof after another roofer failed to do the job and didn't respond to my calls. Brian quickly came out to quote the job. He kept me informed about the schedule and when the crew would come to the house. They showed up on time, Brian actually came out with the crew, got on the roof, and they found the problem which was photographed and videoed so that I could see and understand what was wrong. The work was completed in an afternoon, shingles matched perfectly, the crew cleaned up and left no mess or stray nails behind. I wish all contractors could be as professional, honest and meticulous in their work as Brian.

Brian was extremely helpful! I had an issue that I knew was outside their normal day to day and he still came out for me and took a look and was able to provide me some direction and contacts that could better support.

Great experience. Brian is a customer focused person. He found a qualified contractor to remove the existing, failing gutters and install new ones that stopped any more water damage to my basement. When there was a mix up in the color of the gutters he found a great remedy for that as well.

Brian and his team installed a vent in our roof for our bathroom fan, and replaced the duct for the bathroom fan. They were courteous, informative, and very quick and responsive. I called on a Monday, his team came out to do a free estimate the next day, and work was completed on Thursday of that same week.

I asked them to evaluate my 20Y roof and whether I needed to replace it. Brian and his team did a thorough job, identified a few things to be fixed, and took advantage of the extra few years until a replacement was needed. The team explained a detailed plan for each task before executing the work. They had done an excellent job, cleaned the area, and left. I factor reviews pretty heavily when scheduling consultation appointments for any work being done in/on my home and the reviews for this company were almost too good to be true. Storm Guard recently completed painting the exterior of my home, some repair prior to painting, repair to the garage roof, replacement of the gutters on the house and garage, and some general maintenance on the roof of the house. The reviews are true!

Brian and his team exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the project. I didn't feel pressured to add work or upgrade materials that I didn't need and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Brian was on the job site every morning to make sure workers had what they needed and were clear on what was to be done, as well as to review expected work for the day and how it would impact the overall timeline of the project. He returned most evenings to ensure work was completed properly or to do certain tasks himself.

Attention to detail, respect for my property and my time, leaving a clean work site, following through on everything we discussed, and really trying to work with me to help get the result I wanted are just some of the reasons I'm giving a 5 star review. Brian was so helpful and professional from start to finish! We had a raccoon turn our roof into Swiss cheese. Brian came out the day we called and made emergency repairs to close up the holes. He then worked with us through the entire insurance claim process to make sure we received a fair settlement with our insurer. The roof repairs were completed in one day and we’re excited to have them paint our house and install new gutters next.

We could not be happier with our purchase of a new roof from Storm Guard of Plymouth for our home in Canton this past week. From the start of the process with our roof inspection and estimate from the owner Brian to the actual installation, we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, honesty and communication. They gave us a detailed price quotation, explained their process and told us exactly what was to be done and what was expected from us. The owner was on site during the whole installation. They did the whole job in one day as promised for the price quoted to us. They protected our windows, deck and landscaping from any damage. Afterwards they cleaned up the debris and swept around our home with a magnet to pick up any nails or metal objects. The crew was friendly, polite and respectful of our home. They even provided us with an online pictorial timeline, so we could watch the installation from inside or from a remote location. We are glad we chose Storm Guard for our project.

Storm Guard did an outstanding job on our whole roof replacement. Brian was thorough in the inspection and what materials were being replaced. Estimate was a competitive cost compared to others we had. Brians communication was great letting us know when deliveries were coming with materials and dumpster and when his crew would show up. Crew showed up around 8am and job was done by 4 for a 3000 sq ft roof. Highly recommend for quality work and fair price.

Brian and Storm Guard refurbished my old barn this fall. Brian sent good crews and it was a quality job. I'm now planning what I hope to be my second project with Storm Guard. Brian is a man of his word and you don't find that often anymore.

I called Stormguard to come out after we lost some shingles in a storm. Brian came out fairly quickly and gave us several options for repairing or replacing our roof. We chose to file an insurance claim that ended up taking 5 months to come to a resolution. Brian stayed with us through the ordeal and was always available for a call with the insurance company. Once resolved, our roof was installed within a couple weeks

I called Storm Guard to evaluate whether it would be to my advantage to install an attic (roof) fan in my home to help keep the second story cooler. Brian came out and checked the attic and found plenty of insulation and adequate ventilation. Brian told me the attic fan would not help cool the second story. Because the home faces West with no large trees shading the home he suggested having the windows tinted. I found Brian very informative and honest. I would not hesitate to call him for any roofing issue.

Had a branch go through the roof of my garage, I was worried about shingles matching. They did an excellent job of matching the shingles. The repair took about a half a day if that, very satisfied and pleased with their service and their workmanship I definitely would use them again!

There are some people that look you in the eye while they shake your hand and you just know things are going to be OK. Brian Yokley is one of those people. It's easy to see the quality of his team's work, but you need to meet his team to really understand. Construction can be a bit invasive, it's hard for everyone. I unequivocally trust Brian and his team around my home and my family- and that is what sets them apart! I dread replacing a roof, who really wants to go through that? I already know who I'm going to call.

Speaking of quality of work though - Oscar is such an artist that he makes watching paint dry truly captivating. And he's so nice! One of our inquisitive children wanted to know all about how his sprayer worked and he was so patient with him.

So, in short - they're amazing, just call them.

A wind storm took some of the siding off my home. Brian came to look at the damage and give me an estimate for repairs. He inspected and applied material to make my home waterproof even though I hadn't hired his company yet. He did a great job fixing it up. There was a very small siding piece by the chimney that was missing but was not visible at all. He searched for something that would fit in that spot from his shop and came back again to install it. I don’t think I have seen anyone who would come back and pay attention to such detail. He made sure it was not only done right but also looked good. While working, he was taking pictures and videos and explained what he was doing in real time so that we knew exactly how the repair work was going on. He educates his customers on what is needed and never tries to sell anything. He is very reasonable with the pricing too.
