Paul and his team were amazing to work with. He was patient, explained every piece of the process, and came out a few times with different samples to help us make sure we were making the right choice. The installation turned out to be a little more involved than we had initially thought due to some rotted wood on the old roof, but the team kept me in the loop at each point in the process and set proper expectations, and I feel good that the project was done RIGHT and I know I won't have to worry about my roof for a very, very long time.

From the moment I started speaking with the customer service rep RoofAdvisor has been nothing but accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I am In awe of the customer service we just received from Paul with RoofAdvisor! After working around my daughter’s nap time, Paul arrived as anticipated with a smile on his face! While looking at the issue from the inside I could tell immediately that he knew what he was talking about. He then went outside and before I knew it he was all done and had fixed the issue! It was very minor so he decided to go ahead and handle it right then and there. He showed me pictures of everything he did and took a look at our entire roof, not just the spot of concern. He advised us of something we need to reach out to DTE for which we would have never probably realized had he not gotten up there. And gave us his honest opinion as to when we should probably have the roofed looked at again and to my surprise it was many more years than I thought he was going to say. Came out a year after new roof was installed and took care of any small issues an inspector found during the sale of my home.

They do great work and then stand behind it.

Before this crew started working they made sure shrubs were covered and any furniture etc. outside around the condo was moved. If we couldn’t move they were more then happy to help us. They did a great job on our roof and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for getting their roof replaced.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the contractor. We recently moved into our house and did not know much about our roof. Paul came out as the second person to give us a quote. He already previously bid on the job so he told us when the roof was installed, which is information we didn’t have then he provided to tell me how little was wrong with the previous job, and how easy fix it would be

This was so different than the other people who were giving us estimates everybody else said it would be several thousand dollars one was as 7500. This could’ve cost me and my family thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair. The work that Paul’s team is ending up doing is going to cost me less than a few hundred dollars which is well worth it.

I've had my roof repaced just about two month now. There is a side leaking during heavy rain and it happed just after when we replaced our root/cutter system. I've called/e-mailed couple of times, no boby responded. Extremly frastrated and dissatisfied wtih the service. The side leaking starts to damage our front guard and leave potholes on the side of the house. Very very bad customer serice they igonore the phone calls or e-mails after the work is done.

Paul did a great job finding and fixing the problem area of the roof - loose shingles. He then identified and sealed other potential problem spots such as chimney flashings and nail pops. Also very informative about roof condition, maintenance, and other important things.

He clearly explained our options, answered our questions, and provided samples to help us make the final color selection. Paul was the 5th roofer I had come to check about a leak. He was the only one who was able to find the source. Not only that but he assured me I did NOT need a new roof and didn’t try to sell me on anything unnecessary. He also sealed the source of the leak and removed brackets left by the original roofer from years ago, for free! Highly recommend. Will definitely be calling them when we do decide to replace the roof.

Roof Advisor was selected among three other bids for a roof replacement. After a thorough review of each bid contract Roof Advisor was very competitive. However, I thought the personnel did everything possible to earn my business by understanding my wants/needs and coming to a mutually beneficial agreement to complete the work. The work was done as scheduled, with minimal interruption. I was kept apprised of any changes, delays and reschedules. I’m very happy with the work and the process to complete it.

We received a competitive price on a large roof with a difficult pitch. After the contract was signed the material was delivered two days later and as soon as there was a break in the weather the crews showed up.

It was explained to us that the tear off would be a messy operation and it was. The gentlemen cleaned up as they went along and kept a very clean job site. They certainly worked hard, long hours in sunny hot conditions to complete the job. They were an excellent crew for us.

Upon completion the owner did his review and verified that all of the details that only experienced roofers pay attention to were completed.

This was a completely positive experience. Roof Advisor responded almost immediately to an inquiry I posted on Home Advisor. Brandon came out and did a roof inspection and indicated that I could probably get a few more years out of the roof. No high pressure sales tactics, just an honest assessment. I had skylights in need of repair, so I decided to combine replacing the skylights and the roof. Brandon gave me a very competitive estimate and I decided to proceed. All supplies were delivered to the rooftop the day before installation. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 am with a dumpster. They estimated it would take 2 days for the job, but because weather was good, they completed the job in one 14 hour day. This included replacing 6 skylights, repositioning bathroom vents and installing extra ice and water shield in in an area prone to ice dams. All members of the crew were friendly, courteous and professional led by Odane. The company owner, Chris Erwin, arrived at the beginning of the job to make sure all details of the job were discussed and agreed. He followed up the next day with a final inspection to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Throughout the process, Elise, the Director of Production, kept me informed of status and was available to facilitate several changes I requested. I enthusiastically recommend Roof Advisor to anyone contemplating roof replacement. All members of the team contributed to the positive experience, and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing, right down to the smallest details.

I found their quotation process to be more professional than most roofing companies, they did a good job addressing my questions about the roofing products they use, and they handled all my concerns after the installation very professionally and in a timely manner.

Roof Advisor completed a two layer tear off and roof replacement on my home. They also installed a ridge vent system. The sales team had a reasonable first estimate and were responsive to negotiations to earn my business. The job was done in one workday. They completed a follow up inspection and addressed any questions had immediately. My roof looks great.. I am completely satisfied and would reccomend their services.

RoofAdvisor has been my go-to roofing contractor for two houses now. They really care that the customer is happy. In my last house they replaced the flashing around my chimney. When I had water issues again they came back out to ensure it wasn't the new flashing. Instead of just stopping at confirming that their work was done right and leaving, they stayed an inspected the entire side of my house until they found where the water was coming from. When I moved to my new house, I called them to come out an inspect my roof. They left me with an entire report on my roof with pictures. I had them seal up all the small issues they found (even though there was no pressure from the sales person to do this) and when I need a new roof in 5-7 years, I will be calling them again.

We called Roof Advisor after we had some damage from a storm. They came out the next day and the person did a very thorough inspection of my roof showing me all of the damage and any other areas of concern. I was impressed that he told me honestly that they could do the repairs for around $400 and I did not need a new roof at this time. No pressure and no attempt to sell me anything that I didn't need. I've recommended them to other people as well.

We had a complete roof replacement including new under-layer. On the front end I discussed dumpster weight with the salesman to avoid damage to the driveway. That much tear-off is extremely heavy. He assured me that the weight would be managed by changes to a new empty dumpster as the project progressed. This was not done. The dumpster was loaded two feet above the top. We also had a torrential rain during the project that added inches of heavy water to the dumpster The dumpster was then not picked up until two days after the workers completed the work. By now it also had a flat tire. After it was moved, there was a noticeable depression in the cement slab where it had sat. On closing it was pointed out to the salesman what had happened. His remark was that the damage was the responsibility of the dumpster company, not Roof Advisors! The dumpster company is his contractor which made no sense. Bottom-line - driveway damage that was not repaired. Also, the vent work was not properly completed on the roof after I inspected it. At first the crew leader assured me it was. But later they agreed it wasn't done right and fixed it. If I hadn't insisted it probably never would have been corrected. I hope this is helpful as you consider using this company.

We have a high pitched roof, which required a tear-off replacement. We were nervous having a replacement late in the season, but the crew did an amazing job! The replacement is high quality, workmanship as well as materials. They took care of everything. Everyone did a great job making sure the equipment didn’t damage our new pavers. They did the huge job quickly and left no mess. We even got follow up calls and site visits to make sure everything was perfect. Roof Advisor continues to offer professional service. The staff, from the women in the office to all the techs are pleasant and accommodating. This is the second time we have had them out to our home and again Paul did a thorough inspection and was determined to find and make the necessary repair of a leak that was coming into the ceiling of our 12yr old addition. We have dealt with many contractors in our lifetime who either did not make the proper repair or tried to sell us more than was needed. RA states they are NOT focused on selling you a new roof, but making your current roof system last longer. They absolutely stand by that! Great experience. The estimate for the roof was thorough in a report form unlike other quotes I got. From the sales to the staff on phone were organized, professional and very accommodating. Their estimates were reasonable and answered every question we had. They followed up promptly. the crew worked long hours and completed the job in two days even though it rained a lil bit! The clean up was not great the first day but they made up for it when they wrapped the job up. They again checked the work thoroughly and did minor adjustments before calling it done. Overall great experience, great service at a very reasonable price.

When I bought my house I wanted an estimate of how long my roof had until replacement. I was connected with RoofAdvisor. They came out for an appointment during a time convenient with my schedule and gave me real, genuine advise. Unexpectedly a wind storm hit and RoofAdvisor was my first call. They we exceptionally helpful, prompt and thorough from start to finish. The team even sent me addresses of houses they'd recently roofed to aid in my shingle selection.
