When asking friends online who did their roof, it was overwhelmingly BWR. Not one person had a bad experience, which is rare when posing a question to hundreds of people. The quote was under what I was bracing myself for, and they made the entire process easy.

I saw a crew of roofers repairing a building in my neighborhood, and got the contact info from them. BWR quoted me two parts of my job, and during a call the representative I was talking to offered me a $500 discount for having both done at the same time. I submitted payment and then was challenged on the price by a different BWR employee who basically was accusing me of trying to scam them. It took me time and several calls to sort it out. They use subcontractors and none of the laborers are employees of BWR it seems. I asked that the entire roof be inspected and repaired for leaks. This did not happen. I was up on the roof after and can clearly see many nail pops and leak points. So now I need to hire a second roofing company to come back and complete the job . The parts of the job they did complete were done well. Issue clearly lies with BWR and not the subcontractor, he was really nice and did good work.

I had called a few companies over the last couple of years trying to get a good deal. A few companies came to give me an estimate and I didn't really get a personal conversation about it with any but I did with Billy White.Time went on and I had some health problems so I put it on hold. Finally I decided to call Billy White back after about a year and they helped me out with a Veterans discount and honored the price they quoted then during their winter promotion. It was a little perse more then getting the roofing from one company and the eavestrough from another but I'm sure happy and satisfied. I guess I could go on and on but at 81 I'm sure this will be my last roof. I even had a chance to meet the owner which very seldom happens. He was professional, kind and courteous as his employees were too. Thanks for allowing me to share my comments. Thanks to Lindsey in the office for showing me how to do it and too for personally calling me about finalizing the bill.

Billy White Roofing did a very good job, employees were friendly. They were efficient in clearing & placing new roofing tiles in place. We are extremely happy with color & appearance! Job was done in one day!

We desperately needed a new roof. Billy White Roofing has, over the years, done the majority of roofs in our neighborhood. They gave us the best price, could get the job done with a break in the winter weather, and did a quality job. Their salesman, Tom, promised us a "great new roof" and that we got. Their roofers worked diligently through the cold weather and did a good job cleaning up. It's no wonder that Billy White Roofing has become such a prominent roofing company in Jackson and surrounding counties. As a senior citizen I can go into my retirement and not have to worry about the roof over our house. Thank you Billy White Roofing!

I was pleased with the whole process of having my house roof replaced. From the estimator to having the work completed was awesome. The crew who did the roofing was the nicest and politest bunch of guys who always kept me posted of any issues that I was concerned about. They cleaned the site up wonderfully. The office staff was very nice and cheerfully thanked me for allowing them to do my roof. A very good experience overall.

The roofing crew was quick only needing two days in the winter. They accommodated me leaving the house and coming back. They did a good job cleaning up.

This is our first time using this company and it was referenced to us by someone who has!!!!! We were treated very well from the begining to the end. BWR was one of 4 Estimates we requested for our roofing job. We had hoped we had 6 to 8 years left before needing a new roof, but things happened quickly and we were told by more than one person that the original roof on our home (From New) was not installed correctly, and they used substandard Materials, and it was deteriorating fast.
We listened to sales pitches that spread on some STUFF real thick, criticizing their competition in many ways. The end result? we felt good with BWR. We felt good with the Rep that came to the house and talk to us, he gave us straight answers, NO BS.. We felt good when we went to their Jackson Location to give a deposit and sign contracts.. Nobody tried to pressure us into something we really didn't want, They presented their options but the final choices was ours.

The day of the job arrived, and we awoke to the sounds of footsteps on our roof at 8 a.m. They had already been here long enough to have tarps laid out all around the house to catch debris. Our 3 dogs, and Parrot just inside the livingroom window, never even heard them. Not a peep from any of them. (That's scary) The bird lets us know of anything that is not right in the front yard..... better than the dogs.
I know enough about roofing to understand what I saw them doing during the day. That crew worked their tails off.. They know what they are doing, and they worked well together. Everyone knew what their jobs were without needing direction. They were done and cleaned up by 5 p.m. give or take a few minutes.. They took a couple well deserved breaks, (one in the morning, one in the afternoon, plus a lunch break in between...).
An 8 man crew stripped and re-roofed a 2300 sq ft single story ranch house with covered front porch, and 2.5 car attached garage in one day, replacing 5 sheets of OSB sheeting in the process. and a few days later a company Rep came to inspect the job, along with a full walk-around inspection to make sure everything was cleaned up properly....
This new roof, looks much better than our original roof ever looked since the day we bought the house "NEW"... With my wife's Allergies we were concerned with the condition of our roof insulation after we had developed a few leaks. I asked the group leader about that and he said that because we needed to have a few sheets of board replaced that he did a walk though of our attic, checking for ventilation and mold issues, and everything was good. That was impressive to me.
I cannot thank them enough for the job they did, and highly recommend BWR for any other roof. especially if you can get the same crew we got, you will not be disappointed.

Just, WOW! I'm absolutely delighted with their work and our new roof! Very friendly, professional and hardworking. They replaced all of the vents with a riddge vents for a cleaner look. And even painted my drain vent stacks black and used large black flashing around the chimney that looks great. We first had part of the old roof done with the help of an insurance claim. It looked so good, we had them back to do the rest of our house. They left and cleaned up so well, not a trace of debris anywhere.

All I can say is WOW! I had a roof installed on my home by Billy’s Roofing, and they were so professional throughout the whole process. It was such a pleasure working with Joe from the beginning to the end. They have very completive pricing and joe and his crew left my yard cleaner than they found it. I can’t recommend this company enough!!!

Work was done when scheduled in a professional manner. Took less than one day to complete new roof on my duplex. Area was clean and undamaged when they left. Very satisfied.
