Top-notch work and reasonably priced! I would trust Mr.Lovelace and his team with any future repair needs. He worked around an existing structure to repair my shed/roofing problem, which no doubt saved time and money. He is a true craftsman.

Bill did a great job replacing a leaking flat-roof second floor balcony with a pitched roof, including replacing a door with a beautiful casement window. He is very personable and professional, and he clearly takes pride in doing excellent work. Bill solved our leaking roof problem and I am grateful every time it rains!

Bill took on a tough project that had bested previous contractors: finding and remediating the source of a water leak and related damage in our sunroom addition. Bill is a great investigator. He evaluated a range of options, explained them to us, and we agreed on every step he took.
One year after he completed the work we are delighted in the results.
Bill delivered high quality solutions and communicated well as a reliable partner. He is a pleasure to work with.
