Big Red Contracting

I can highly recommend Big Red Contracting (BRC). I needed a full gutter replacement, with leaf guards and soffit. My house is an older home with wood siding and no attic ventilation. BRC was able to cut out the wood and add soffit, without disturbing other parts of the exterior. The project was completed in one day and the crew cleaned all of their debris before leaving. From my initial call to set up a consultation to the completion of the job, total time was 3 business days. The guys that worked up the quote were very friendly and professional, they also explained the process to me in detail. I will keep them in mind when I decide to replace my wood siding.

My home was damaged by the hail storm June 2023. I talked to several contractors. Finally picked one and thought it be as fast process. Well I was so wrong. Not going to mention name of the business. But will say not heard nothing from them in over two months. Been waiting for three or four months for the work to start before that. Finally got tired of all the waiting and uncertainty. A friend suggested big red contracting. Called them on a Tuesday and they came out that afternoon. The next morning my material was in my driveway. Then on Thursday morning they showed up to work. It was non stop while they was here. Someone was always doing something. Friday was the same way. I couldn’t believe after all the months of waiting that this new company I picked came and was getting my home done. They talked to the insurance for me. Got things fixed that had been denied. They do exceptionally work and the customer service is exceptional. I will use them again 10x over if I need something. If you have any hike needs check them out. You won’t be disappointed!!!!! They didn’t leave any trash and was respectful of my property.

Big red was great. They checked my roof for leaks and fixed some interior drywall and ceiling problems. They did a very efficient and professional job. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Big Red to replace our roof after recent storm damage. After meeting with them, we decided to replace our old deck and put it under roof as well. We sketched out our ideas and they made it happen. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew exhibited an incredible work ethic, showing up early every morning and working into the early evening. Met Big Red through my neighbor who was having them install a fence. We asked that they build a gate for us as part of that project. The gate is beautiful and they came back 2x to correct a gate latch to ensure that we were happy. On top of this, the downspout to our gutter came loose on thr second story of our house after a storm and they agreed to pop it back into place - no charge! Communication was fantastic throughout and prices very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend them for any project you have in mind. Very pleased and hope to work with them on future projects.

My house suffered storm damage from an intense hailstorm in the Summer of 2023. I spoke with several contractors before discovering Big Red who was already in my neighborhood completing jobs. Their work looked solid, so I called Business manager Jessica who was prompt, sent an estimate right away, and provided the best communication of any company I have ever worked with. Owner Rafael was courteous, understood the work that needed to be done, and had a crew over within several days of my signing a contract. They were also quick to make last minute changes and did the job exactly as we wanted on budget. They are currently working on a quote to replace my fence. I hope and expect I will use them multiple times for needed repairs and improvements.

Big Red did a great job replacing our roof from storm damage and drywall work from a leak because of the storm and even tried to help with Insurance issues! They are very polite and respectful and willing to help how ever much they can. They have given us other quote for more projects in the future. I highly recommend them if you need jobs done around the house.

I had major hail damage. The insurance company sent out their appraiser. The roof and siding on the north side of my home were totaled. They showed me an estimate. Jessica and Big Red knocked on my door offering to help. Everyone I tried to contact was telling me six to eight months before they could get started. She was very professional and offered to help in any way. They did their own inspection and found damage to five windows and a lot of siding the other appraiser missed. Jessica handled everything for us including ordering the windows and negotiating with my insurance. We wound up replacing all of the siding gutters the roof and the windows of course. All of the suppliers I talked to had nothing but great things to say about Big Red. Once they got the parts in it only took a few days to do the work. They run a well organized and courteous crew. They cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process easier than expected. I highly recommend them for any project you need done.

Big Red was incredible to work with! This was my first insurance claim so there was many unknowns- Jessica, her husband and Jovany were a pleasure to work with and had so much patience. The work (New roof and siding) was 100% completed within a couple weeks of signing their contract which was impressive given the difficulty of sourcing materials during the time of repair AND their scheduling as they were working on multiple houses in my neighborhood after the massive hail and wind storms. Our neighborhood was devastated from storm damage that occurred in late June. Our house had several windows broken, a hole in the roof, and significant damage to the siding from the hail and high winds. I was able to get the roof repaired but had difficulty locating a contractor that would return my calls.

I sent a message to Big Red Contracting through their website. The next day, I received a call from Jessica, and they have been like clockwork ever since. The insurance company approved to replace only two sides of the siding, and two windows. Big Red Contracting worked with us and the insurance company, that ultimately agreed to replace the siding on the entire house and replace not two, but three windows. We could not be more pleased with the communication, craftsmanship, and ease of navigating through something I had never experienced before.

2023 is the first time we have ever had hail damage to our 45 year old home. It damaged the roof, guttering and siding. I was referred to Big Red Contracting and when I called them, they were out within the next two days to inspect the damage, review the insurance scope of damage, and to reassure us that they could make all the repairs within the insurance report. Even when it was determined a few things weren't correct (insurance specified an inadequate amount of new siding, and the size of the guttering was incorrect), Big Red took the time to contact our insurance for us to rectify these issues.
They did a marvelous job on our house. It literally looks brand new. They are professionals, their employees are skilled, and they made sure we were happy with the results.

Highly recommend! Very responsive, they have been a pleasure to work with. They replaced our roof in half a day and our entire siding less than a week, they came back and replaced part of our fence, hung shutters. We would definitely call them again!!
