Big Blue Roofing's "Aleks Sekulic has been working hard for me trying to get my roof replaced. Obvious wind and hail damage from several storms have damaged my roof over the years. Aleks has been working with the Insurance company to insure that I get the best roof repair/replacement possible. He is still working with the insurance company and hopefully I will get my roof repaired/replaced soon. Aleks is easy to talk to and he will give you straight forward answers to your questions. I am very Satisfied with Big Blue Roofing employees and how they are handling the job :) Note: It costs nothing to have them inspect your roof :) No pressure sales. Thanks Aleks :)

Horrible. Called and left 4 messages with the receptionist, and every time she'd act like she never talked to me. She also assured me that someone would call me back. Never happened! A week later, after I hired a different roofer, I got a call out of the blue (no pun intended) only to tell me they don't service Cynthiana. The only reason I called them is because my next-door neighbor recommended them. So it really made no sense to me. Big waste of my time.

We had some damage from a bad storm a few wks back and had gotten a quote from another company that we felt was way too high. I contacted Dennis and he was out the next day to survey and was repaired the following day after the survey. He also beat the previous quote by over $1200.00. If you’re needing a HONEST roofing repair company in central Ky, don’t look anywhere else. Dennis was a class act.

Our home was hit with the recent windstorm with 70 mph winds and I realized we had damage on our roof shingles. Big Blue Roofing was working in our neighborhood and I struck up a conversation with the owner Dennis Dickman and was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise in the Roofing field. He uses high tech drone technology to survey the damage on roofs that makes a fast and accurate appraisal, you can see the exact damage without climbing.
His workers were very professional and courteous and quickly took care of the needed repairs. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend there services.

Replaced one of my turbine roof vents. The person at the office was pleasant when I called, the manager was very professional and knowledgeable when they called me back regarding the estimate. They showed up same day, the worker was very nice and did the job well. Would definitely use them again!

Our home suffered damage in the May 2022 hail storm. Big Blue Roofing came to our home to assess the damage after which Dennis came back to discuss the damage with our insurance adjuster. This proved to be extremely helpful with our claim. Our roof and gutters were replaced and look wonderful. They did a superb job using quality materials and ensured the project was completed the right way! We have confidence in our choice and without reservation, highly recommend them to others!

Big Blue Roofing is great! I had a roof leak and needed immediate attention. Dennis came the day after I called to take a look at my roof and within a week the repairs were made. After the rain the past few days, my roof didn’t leak! I recommend them highly!

They replaced my roof and gutters and wrapped the fascia and soffits and it looks amazing! They also put fans in my attic for ventilation. I highly recommend them!!!

Had roof done byTravis and his crew at my home. They were one of the most amazing roofers I've seen. They had my roof totally striped off in 45 minutes , also my porch roof. Fixed what precious roofers neglected to do , like grinding flashing into my chimney and also grinding porch roof into brick. Previous roofers didn't do this and I had leaks. Also had seamless gutters put on. Took 5 hours and it was beautiful when it was finished. We had Twilight black architectural shingles put on. Thank you again to Travis and crew. Neighbors asked who the were because they were so fast and efficient. Wouldn't recomend anyone but Big Blue Roofing. !!!

Big Blue Roofing was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I called. Travis had me before he even gave me the quote! When he was on my roof he saw that my gutter was clogged and took the time to get the leaves out of it. That's customer service and kindness. My repair was thought out and executed with expertise. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work, they went the extra mile for us as they have with other clients. They had been recommended to us and we will pass that recommend on to others .

I called them to come out and look at repairing some weather damage to my roof, Dennis came out about a day in a half later looked at repairing it and gave me an amazing price to fix my issue. He was out to fix it when he said he would be he even give me notifications of when he picked up material to fix my roof. Once he completed my work I went to look and you couldn’t even tell I had any issues. Quality work, quality price and he is a top quality guy. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Dennis and his crew at Big Blue Roofing. The prices were competitive and the new roof looks great. It appears to be a high quality job. Dennis was very responsive to texts, emails and calls, and he kept us informed at all stages of the process. He worked with us to get the replacement scheduled quickly so that we could get solar panels installed before the end of the year. He was honest and didn't try to up-sell us on products that we didn't need. Overall it was a good experience.

Our roof was recently damage due to a large tree limb. A leak was discovered so we contacted Big Blue Roofing. Mr. Dickman (owner) came right away to temporarily patch the leak until a full repair could be made. A short time later he installed a new roof, made some needed repairs to the wood structure, removed a pesky power roof vent, installed a ridge vent all in one long day.
We are very happy with Big Blue Roofing's work, integrity and price. Call Mr. Dickman when you need a roof -- we are glad we did.

Several years ago, my husband and I had the roof replaced on a house we were selling. It was a terrible experience ... The job took almost a week, there were nails everywhere in our yard, the company (with a similar name) broke a window (and tried to deny it) and ripped several screens. When we bought our current house, we knew the roof would need to be replaced soon. The storms a couple of months ago made soon, sooner than we expected. I was not excited about having to deal with another roofing company. I searched online for companies and the one company that kept coming up was Big Blue Roofing. I gave them a call and talked to Dennis. I explained my hesitation to him based on our previous experience. He was very understanding and talked me through their entire process. He stopped by our home to bring us information to look at and shingle samples. He made arrangements with our insurance agent to come out and inspect the roof while my husband and I were at work, which required absolutely none of our time. Within just a few days, we were able to get everything squared away with their insurance company and set a date for our roof to be replaced. The evening before replacing your roof, Dennis reached out to me to find out what time my husband and I would be leaving the next morning so they did not arrive too early and get in our way as we were trying to go to work. At 8:30 the following morning, Dennis text me to let me know they were about to get started. I received several updates from him throughout the day letting me know how things were going, that the structure of our roof was in really good condition and there were no concerns other than the shingles that they were replacing, etc. By 7 pm, the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, the workers were gone and our new roof looks fantastic. I truly cannot say enough good things about Dennis and the Big Blue Roofing company. They are absolutely an A++ company ! ❤️

Big Blue Roofing installed new roof on our home recently. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship and the appearance of the roof. The job was done in about 13-14 hours. Project leader, Travis, was on site almost the entire time, and the owner, Dennis Dickman, stopped by several times during the day.
Throughout the selection process, Dennis did not apply any pressure or hard sell, answered all inquiries promptly and thoroughly, and was always available. I found him very personable and easy to work with .

We had a great experience. This company was very fast, well priced, and professional. Not only did they come in and do a great job, but they cleaned up everything and were very respectful throughout. This was 6 years ago and the metal roof looks just as good as the day they finished and we have had no leaks or any other problems like you can expect from different companies. My experience with big blue roofing was nothing short of exceptional. I called for a damaged gutter and a rep was here the same day and emailed me the quote. Within a few days my gutter was repaired. The rep met me after the job was done to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction and it absolutely was. All of this was done in a professional matter. Where to start. I called Dennis and wanted him to come look at my roof and it was like I was his too pryority from the beginning. He was also very patient with my wife and I as we were so indecisive on what color to pick. The day of the work Bob was so helpful and gave me updates through the day. After they were done you would have never know they were at my house they clean up after them selfs and I couldn’t find even one stray nail or piece of trash. Very professional and polite would recommend them to anyone.
