IM NOT DELETING THIS!!!
I’ve had water not drip, but pour down my walls when it rains! Which then caused my walls to mold in my kids room and my den closet. My kids had to sleep on the couch for a few wks until Jim finally reached out. He set a day to come and didn’t show. When he did show up (which was too late) I had already hired another contractor to redo part of the roof that was double layered with 1inch nails. There was NO FLASHING. Instead, it was sealed with caulk. Jim said he didn’t do the roofing job. But after investigating, I found out he did. I can back it up! That cost was $10,000. Before that, I had to pay 8,000 for plumbing after only being here 2 months!!! Something told me to look behind the siding because it was bubbling out and I see my walls have molded out also.
Jim slapped some mold killer and oil based paint on my walls and replaced this small square on my roof but left the old roofing shingles in my yard for 2weeks!
The last picture I put on here is the final job, I guess. Cause I haven’t heard from Jim going on 2 months? OH!! I’ve only been in this house a little over a year.

Big Head Industry LLC is amazing !!! I have been in several out of state real estate markets and B/Head is the best. Having purchased several homes that probably could have been torn down; B/Head was able to not only salvage the property; they have turned it into a functional rental property at are now a preforming asset.

J. Grueser shoots complete videos of my projects and email them to me for review at a later time. This allows us out- of - state investors a great look at the proposed work prior to it even starting.

J. Grueser also looks at these projects from an owner's prospective. If
it's not going to bring additional rent ...... why spend the money???
