good prices, good people, delivery was a joke. They give you a five hour window, and A link that tells you that it's already been delivered But it hasn't. Dump these silly delivery apps - just call me 30 minutes before your guy gets there so we don't waste a family's whole day . Still waiting for another Appliance, but not gonna wait all day like we did today.

They were able to work in my restricted space, removed old appliance and installed new one with no difficulty. Very pleasant to work with

Very disappointed that our installation is delayed. We have been trying to replace a broken refrigerator since July 2. Even though the replacement refrigerator was in stock when we paid for it, three weeks later we still don’t have a new fridge. We did not have the fridge delivered today because it won’t be installed until at least Wednesday and we didn’t want to have to step around the box containing the new fridge. I don’t know why you now show it as delivered. It is in your warehouse. Next time we will work with Ferguson

Service was very good, Malik and Mor were very polite and took very good care while removing old and installing new washing machine.

There was a misunderstanding with my order but it was efficiently taken care of.

Zenon was very friendly and helpful. He recognized that people don’t usually order a black washer and white dryer and asked about it before unloading them and apologized for the inconvenience.

Today, Daniel and Ryon delivered the correct dryer. They were friendly and careful with the delivery and installation. Daniel gave some instructions on the appliances which I appreciated.

Mark was respectful, competent and friendly. I would not hesitate to hire him. He is also very conscientious. He did a great job and it was wonderful to have him work in my home.

Appliance store with a personal touch. Staff have so much useful knowledge and help you make an informed purchase. Prices are in line with big box stores, but here you get experience. Definitely recommend!

Appliances are great, but installation leaves much to be desired. The door needed to be removed to get the fridge in, which is fine, but they misaligned the door so badly that it doesn’t even latch anymore. Don’t remove a door if you don’t know how to put it back on.

This time it was our dishwasher… and Big George’s came through again. We VRBO our house, and had a rental coming up. Logan helped us quickly figure out what would fit our space, our needs, and our budget. A week later Jermaine and Thomas arrived and had the old dishwasher removed, the new one installed and running in an hour (despite some issues due to previous installation and electric outlet configuration).

When the LG dryer we our purchased was delivered, it wouldn’t start, but customer repair service came 4 days later and fixed it. I’m delighted with everything about the experience with Big George’s. Note for improvement on LG Dryers: the digital panel for selecting various rinse, timing dryer options isn’t lit brightly enough, making it necessary for me to get on my knees (on a tile floor) to read it.

Sales associate Dave was very helpful and one of the best sales people I've dealt with for any product. The delivery was more difficult than it should have been and is the reason for the four stars. On the third delivery attempt to get an undamaged refrigerator into the house, Zenon and his helper were exemplary. I wish that they had been involved in the first or second attempt.

Bart and Anthony were just here to install an induction cooktop. They did so efficiently, effortlessly, and were in and out within a few minutes. Anthony furnished a brief instructive tutorial on how to use the cooktop. Very professional service from two very nice and good techs.

The technicians were very good. Were careful removing old appliances and installing new ones. Knew exactly what to do including turning on the gas in the basement. Very pleasant and I enjoyed using my limited Spanish vocabulary speaking with the main installer.

Very happy with the work done by Josh and Steve! The original team didn’t complete the dryer vent hose replacement as expected, but Josh and Steve not only took care of that—they also addressed several other issues the initial crew had missed. Really appreciate the thorough work. Thank you both!

Andrew and Juan were absolutely phenomenal. They arrived timely and were very professional. Even though they were some challenges with getting the refrigerator up my front steps they worked together as a team and successfully got the fridge through the front door without a scratch. The installation was flawless.

This is our third appliance from Wittbeck/Big Georges and we are extremely please with the service, from the purchase to the installation. We have recommended them to an our friends and family. They are much better to deal with than the Big Box Stores.

The installation team could not have been better. They were professional and focused on the task. The fridge trim kit was damaged and had to be returned but Josh was able to reuse the old one temporarily until an alternative solution can be found. Job well done.

We had Bart and Dave deliver our refrigerator. They had a huge challenge- taking our old kitchen fridge down to the basement, removing our old basement fridge to haul away, and installing our new one in our kitchen.
We have an older 1920’s home with narrow doorways and stairs with turns in them. They had to remove and then reinstall screen doors and doors both on our house and our refrigerators!
They were efficient, friendly and careful on an incredibly hot day.

Thomas and Anthony were great workers. They work well together as a team.. made sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend them again. Very friendly people. Did a great job!!. A++

Two installers arrived on time. They quickly toot measurements and explained how the new microwave would be installed. Very knowledgeable and professional. They are good ambassadors for your company.

However your internal communication is not good at all and bordering on terrible and has caused us numerous delays at our worksite.
We received a a broken door and have heard 6 different stories for its replacement. I have spent so much time trying to fix this you should be paying me !! Not happy at all with Big George’s.

Our refrigerator broke for good and we had 26 people coming for dinner In six days. Big George’s to the rescue. Patrick Meyer helped us figure things out and found a fridge we liked that could be delivered in a few days. Zenon and Alonzo delivered it today and they did a beautiful job. Very professional, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend Big George’s.

I got a new washer/dryer. Did a load and the washer was dancing all over the place - on medium spin. Called my salesman. They had a tech out within a day to fix the balance. Very pleased with the fantastic customer service.
