Chad Brooks and Brandon Morrison came over after I called their office earlier in the day. Checked everything and explained to me in detail the next steps that needs to be taken in connection with the issue we are dealing with at home. In addition to that, left me a number to call in case any issues during the mitigation proces arises. Very easy to talk to and both are considerate on privacy and safety of the people in the house especially we have a toddler at home. Thank you to both of them.

During the night on November 4, 2024, the hot water valve under the bathroom sink in my basement apartment popped off, flooding the entire area (bathroom, bedroom, hallway, kitchen) with hot water. I called Servpro that day and a representative came out to inspect the damage. They began work immediately by taking out everything ruined by the hot water and black mold that had started to form almost immediately. Once that was done, Servpro began restoration and finished in March. I was impressed with the skills of the Servpro crew and their work ethic. The company dealt with the insurance agency for me and cleaned up after themselves constantly. The result was a living space that was even better than the original. It was very easy to work with Armen, the supervisor, who took a lot of the headache out of this whole process. Chad Brooks of Servpro provided excellent service when our business recently was flooded. Response time was very quick (and on a weekend !); communication throughout the whole process was exceptional, with updates regularly provided to point people; processes explained thoroughly, and efficiently performed; careful attention to detail in all matters, and reliable and knowledgeable. Options for remediation were fully explained to allow us to make informed decisions. We are very pleased with Chad’s handling of the project. We wouldn’t hesitate to call Servpro in the future.

We had a terrible disaster this weekend with flooding in our basement. When I called the insurance company their first recommendation was Servpro. Chad picked up my call on Sunday and was out there quickly communicated excellent information and continued to provide up-to-date status as we work through a resolution. I would highly recommend this company when you have something like this happen.

I was dealing with a stormwater intrusion in a basement under as asthmatic tenant. Servpro responded quickly. Chad Brooks designed a response on the fly, dealing with the heavy storage and difficulty of access. I'm very happy with the results. The basement is clean, dry and oil-free. Nice work!

Unfortunately, I had a drain back up. My basement was disgusting. They sent out Chad and Dj . They did an awesome job and were very polite and respectful in my home. Highly recommended!!

I contacted SERVPRO for work in my basement. I am very happy with the service I received. They were able to get the work done the very next day. The two service techs they sent to my house were great. Chad was very helpful and explained the whole process and what would take place. While DJ got all the floor covering and drop clothes down and ready so the work could start immediately. Both of them were very attentive to my needs as we had a small child and animals in the house.
Both were very friendly and did a great job. Hope I don't have another disaster but if I do I will use them again.

Chad has been amazing working with me to resolve the issues in my basement from a drain backup. Poor communication from project manager, Chris. Requested updates and costs prior to work done and he failed to communicate. Questionable ethics and business practices. Project manager met with insurance adjuster without permission by owner. Project manager said he’d offer a discount to home owner but charge insurance company higher price for the job if insurance went through. No response has been received by ServPro after I completed a customer survey.

Everyone was great from Cody to KP to baby Tyler and all. Only wish they could have stayed to final finish. Very attentive to individual needs despite overwhelming catastrophe

ServPro came in after a flood in our home and helped clean up the mess. They ended up having to demolishing our kitchen which had just been remodeled 2 1/2 years before. They did a good job on the deconstruction and the employees were polite and considerate. They made a horrible experience tolerable. I would use their services again but hope I never have to.

Excellent responsiveness on a Saturday. The technicians were very knowledgable and efficient. They kept us informed through the initial clean-up and subsequent remediation.

To date everything has been AOK with ServPro. (I only say "to date" because we're not through the process, yet.)

When the storm hit, things around here went pretty much haywire. Trees were broken or uprooted everywhere.

Large tree limbs (at least a foot in diameter near the "base") fell on my house. ServPro got the wood off the roof & taken away, and had someone to patch (temporarily) the damage, too.

I'm eagerly anticipating finalizing arrangements to have it fixed "as good as new" (& permanently).

Very Professional Service that was quick and efficient in assisting in my water damage issues/ mold highly recommended...have given their contact information to others... definitely will use in the future if ever needed.. thank you so much!

I was disappointed that they didn't do the type of cleaning that I thought that they were good for. Especially in the areas that had the most bacteria and sewage. Like the tile area. I feel I paid way too much money for the job that they did, Which was mostly mopping. So I still feel my basement is full of bacteria In all the areas where the tiles are. So I feel like they did not move anything, when I was told that they would move things to clean under and put back, like the washer, dryer & freezer . . .

After getting things worked out with my insurance company I asked for a final invoice and a payment portal. They don't have an online payment portal, just a slip to hand write your credit card information and snail mail it in. 7 days after I received the invoice, Cody Michael sent me a threatening email saying they were putting a lien on my property. 7 days. Sometimes insurance claims are complicated.

Austin and Tyler are lifesavers and they went above and beyond to mitigate damage in my basement caused by a sewer back up. They were thorough, explained everything they were doing, and left no traces of their restoration work. Highly recommend!

I had a flood due to a broken valve behind my shower in my single story condo.
Servpro was out here within a few hours to begin placing 12 blowers. The workers were efficient and so kind and compassionate. Now, the restoration team will come next.

Kevin and Tyler were out this morning to clean our couches and recliners, and I appreciate so much the wonderful job they did. They even called to make sure they had the necessary cleaning products for the chair fabrics so they would not be damaged using something that would be harmful.
They also cleaned the stone wall we have surrounding the fireplace to remove lots of drywall dust from all the crevices, which was a lot!

Wehad a backup in August, and contacted SERVPRO after filing an insurance claim. They quickly came to our home to take care of the problem. The project managers were very timely and responsive. The techs, very nice and professional. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Very professional and knowledgeable about my insurance claim. It can be a scary thing going through the insurance process.They walked me through process and explained everything from start to finish. They wore shoe covers when entering my home sealed off the area with plastic and made sure everything was cleaned daily. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.
