Received an estimate after providing all of expectations and requirements for block walls around our property. Received the estimate later than promised. We agreed to move forward any way. I called the night before the project was to start to confirm start time since we’d not heard from him. No answer. He text saying that they were delayed by another project and needed to start a few days later than planned. The day they were supposed to start- they never showed up stating the block was delayed and being ordered. No communication. Kept us waiting the majority of the day. He eventually text and said they would start the next day. Never showed up. We called- after missing work again to wait for him- He said that he was on his way. Then text and said they needed to reevaluate the estimate after my husband advised he wanted to inspect their work after the footing was complete. Communication is terrible. They aren’t timely. They don’t keep their word. If their work being inspected is an issue they must not have planned to do what was agreed upon when they quoted it. Complete waste of time.
In March my back wall was hit by some teenagers. The process alone was already a pain as this was something out of my control. Sabas had stopped by when it happened and gave me their card. During the process I wanted to make sure it was done correctly with permits etc. Big Block took their time and steps to ensure all permits were complete. once approved, they were able to finish the wall rather quickly The work was great nothing but friendly employees, as well as honest! Thank you I appreciate all you guys did in getting my wall back up. I would definitely recommended them!
I made an appointment to get an estimate for some repairs. I waited over an hour after our appointment time. I didn't get a text message or a call that they would be late or need to reschedule. I called several times and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating. I understand sometimes things come up, but a basic courteousy call is warranted.
