Phil is extremely trustworthy! I was referred to him by a mutual friend, and he SAVED ME last July when my AC went out. He did not try to upsell, even though I was asking about a new unit! He said I don't need one just yet! How honest and awesome is that?! He replaced the capacitor and it has been running perfectly fine since! I had him out today for my yearly AC tune up. (Which is so important! I've had it done every year since I moved in 8 years ago, and am still on the original 2001 unit! I'm sure that's a major reason why.... I also had Phil do my Heater tune up in the fall as well. Very reasonably priced to have peace of mind! Sure, something can still go wrong, especially in heat waves, but this sure helps eliminate the need for major repairs or replacement.)
Thankfully he just needed to do tune up things and no new parts. Again, honest!

Phil arrived on time, with a smile and got right to work to check the status of our air conditioning units for the onslaught of heat this summer. He worked efficiently and completed his analysis, making a quick repair on a worn wire, and making the required adjustments. He was done within an hour, and was on his way after discussing his service and making suggestions for dealing with the summer heat. Quick, easy and efficient. I've used the owner of this company's services for over 25 years and would never trust my HVAC unit to anyone else. His people come in, give you the real scoop, fix what is needed, never upcharge and it's done on the spot. I have a home warranty but when it comes to HVAC, I'll pay out of pocket everytime over the aggravation and delays going through the home warranty companies.
