I reached out to address my concerns with the hope of finding a satisfactory solution. However, similar to your response, there was a reluctance to rectify the situation, and collaborate on a resolution that would have benefited both parties. As a disabled veteran, the purpose of the job was to make my home handicap accessible. Period. I did not request complimentary services, but rather an ADA-specific toilet listed on the estimate which compensation was charged to the government, but not rightfully delivered. Contrary to my request, the work did not meet the expected standard and was of poor quality, necessitating additional expenses to redo, despite being completed less than a year ago. Due to your overcharging the government, and my having to replace a damaged major appliance due to your poor workmanship. I cannot recommend Betterton Home Improvement Inc. based on my experience. Their failure to meet expectations and deliver on their commitments has left me extremely dissatisfied.
!!! Betterton Home Improvements did the entire exterior of my Home in Hampton, including siding, windows, doors, roof, gutters, decks. All work was done professionally and on time at a reasonable cost. The worksite was left perfectly clean. I am planning to hire them again for extensive interior remodeling !!! Five stars.
