Brian has been doing our windows for several years. They always clean up after themselves, wear shoe covers, address the sills and screens. When I’ve had screens inadvertently come off… they come back and reinstall. Highly recommend

When I was looking for a company to replace my 20 year old roof, Better View (specifically Donnie Petty) came highly recommended by a number of my friends and neighbors. Now I can happily add my name to that list. The entire process, from the initial planning to the final product, went like clockwork. Once the contract was signed, the Better View crew showed up precisely at 7 AM, on the agreed date, and immediately set to work with no lost motion. Before starting on the roof, they covered all my plants and beds with plastic sheathing and used inverted trash cans to protect the larger ones. In addition, during the tear off, they intentionally dropped the majority of the old shingles etc. in vacant areas where they could do no damage. Once the team started on the roof, it seemed to me that the majority of them worked straight through the day, pausing only for lunch and short breaks on a rotating basis. At any rate, there were always several team members on the roof working constantly. It quickly became obvious that this was an extremely capable, well trained unit very used to working with one another. As a result there was none of the usual noise, yelling, loud music, smoke breaks, and general chaos that seems to surround many such jobsites. None of that here. Just an efficient unit working together and everyone knowing their job. Very refreshing. At any rate, the entire job was completed in a single day, including a spotless cleanup (I couldn't find a stray roofing nail anywhere) with all trash going in a dumpster and hauled away the next day. The supervisor even came back the next day to remove a small scuffed area on my garage door. In fact he went the extra mile by washing the entire door. In summary, I have nothing but high praise for the whole Better View team. The entire job was completed quickly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction, at a very competitive price. So if you are searching for an outstanding roofing company who will do a superb job at an excellent price, save yourself some time and hassle and call Donnie Petty at Best View. Great experience all around. Better view replaced our front door. The salesman sold us exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. Gave us the option to paint the door ourselves to help lower the cost (which we did!) Very quick turnaround time from ordering to setting up install. The install guys were friendly and did a great job. Will definitely use better view again for any of our window or door needs!

Amazing experience, had a custom front entry double door installed. This was a Provia door. Highest quality door I have ever seen , all I can say is outstanding customer service. Any small issues I had were rapidly addressed and solved. The door is gorgeous. This installers made sure everything was tight fitted and insulated. Very neatly done. The best part of this experience was dealing with Shannon. What a kind sweet person. An absolute asset to this company. I wish all my dealings with people were this pleasant. Better View totally transformed my bedroom with a window to door conversion. You’d never know the door was not part of the original construction. The team worked tirelessly through a heatwave and even added extra touches such as extra trim around the door so I would not have to contend with bare drywall and basic steps that were anything but basic. Thanks to Better View, I can sleep easier knowing that I now have a direct route outdoors in case of emergency.

I have been trying to months to get someone to come out and fix my windows. They were just poorly caulked and just not pleasing to the eye. I call and booked my appt expecting them to come out and give me a quote and put me on the schedule. They actually did the work right then and there. Mike was our technician. He has 40 yrs experience and he is so talented. My windows look amazing. I mean they really changed the way my house looks. It was built in 1971 and looks like it was built yesterday. I am very pleased with the work. I have 9 windows and it took Mike 3 hours to measure, cut, set, and caulk all nine. I am really pleased with the result. Thank you for taking away some of my anxiety with my home.

Great experience! We looked into multiple companies to replace our patio door and Better View offered the most personable quote experience and never tried to upsell anything. Customer service for updates and scheduling was great. The final install was tricky because of our set-up and they had to do a lot more work than initially planned, which I thought would cost more, but they stayed true to their original price. Very happy with the experience and outcome, would highly recommend!

We just had a new roof put on our home and are very happy with the whole experience. Our insurance agent recommended them and we were pleasantly surprised. Shannon was very nice explaining what we needed to know. She left samples for us to look at. We thought we needed to have a few quotes to compare but they were by far the best. The crew arrived on time, did the work on a very hot day, cleaned up and my husband checked and was happy. They even left small presents a few times. Donnie came by the next day, insoected the work and we signed the final paper and chatted alittle. He and Shannon were very pleasant t to deal with. We found out it is a small world. I had just experienced an amazing survival story in my extended family. My 28 yo nephew Gabe was hit by a tree in his truck in a bad storm in Indiana 2 days ago.. His truck was split in half -totaled. He.crawled out the window and walked with his head bleeding. when his wife’s uncle saw him and took him to the hospital. He had a fractured vertebrae in his lower back and a minor head injury. There was a large power outage -over 100.000. He is most thankful to have survived to see his wife and 3 small boys! We are too! I saw the video of the report on tv and read the article ! Gabe said hug your family and be glad you are here! ❤️

They replaced my 40 year old windows and slider in my condo and I couldn’t be any happier! The windows and door are super easy to open, clean & use! They keep the heat out and cut down on some of the sunlight too! The installation crew were awesome and walked me to each window to open & check them. They were polite and cleaned up afterwards! I just love my new windows & slider!

My friend recommended we use Better View & I’m so glad we did. Our sales rep, Matt LeBlanc, was great. He was honest, very knowledgeable, & not pushy at all.

We had 23 windows replaced over the course of 2 days. Our installers, Tom & John, are some of the hardest working guys I have ever met. John ended up alone on the second day of install, & he seriously worked non-stop for over 6 hours to make sure the job was finished. At some point he had to send 2 screens back for repair, which weren’t ready when the job was completed. John assured me that someone would bring them by the following day & I gave him the final payment.

And guess what happened!?! Their technician, Dave, called me that very next day & he was able to install them right away! Dave also helped tighten a couple of loose screens I noticed after installation….all on the spot & with a smile on his face.

I am so impressed with Better View & think they are a prime example of how a business should treat their customers. They are true to their word. They had my final payment & still followed up. They were on time, courteous, & extremely hardworking. Please don’t hesitate to use them, they are the real deal & I will definitely recommend them to all my friends & family. Shannon is so amazing and on top of things. It’s so difficult to find a contractor that will show up when they say they are going to and actually do the jobs well. We had a beautiful picture window installed in lieu of an ugly glass block window that was leaking, and I couldn’t be happier. I refer my customers to them as well, and always get great feedback!

I had a storm door installed awhile back, and after it was installed it always leaked when it rained. I knew the contractor had cut the drain pan. I hired at least 4 contractor to fix, but it continued to leak. Spent a lot of money!!! Then I hired Better View Windows And More. I have not seen not one drop come in the storm door, and they fixed what the other guys did to the door frame as well!!! Mike your the greatest!!

Every aspect of dealing with Better View Windows for our new roof was perfect… The sales representative was honest, not pushy, and explained every aspect of the new roof process. When it came time to install the roof the workers were on time, took care to be careful with our shrubs and landscaping.and kept us in tbe loop on every aspect of the install. They cleaned up our yard exactly as they found it and provided opportunity for questions and answers if we had any. My wife and I purchased a patio door from Better View in 2023. Our representative was Matt Leblanc. From the moment he came to our home, he was very personable and relatable. He was extremely knowledgeable and went through all of our options in great detail. He was so honest and transparent. We went with a Provia door and we couldn’t be happier. The office staff is amazing, and Maddie and Elizabeth were always so helpful, kind and informative. The installation crew was awesome, too. They showed up on time and work tirelessly to install the door. They installed it perfectly. When they were installing the door, they noticed the screen had a tear in it. Within a week or so, we were scheduled for a screen repair.

My wife and I were so pleased, we have decided to get new windows with Better View. We dealt with Matt again, but this time we visited the showroom. It really made a difference and allowed us to see all the different choices. We were overwhelmed (in a good way) with all the options, but we ended up being able to make an informed decision. The staff is so kind and helpful. We were greeted with smiles and great coffee.

We met with a few companies before we got our door in 2023. Better View beat them in customer service, product quality and price.

Working with Shannon, Donnie, and Greg was a great experience. The work crew went above and beyond what I and my neighbors that saw them working expected. The team showed up promptly and stripped, did board over, updated the attic vents, and shingled quicker than I expected. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely everyone was very nice from the sales consultant, the schedulers, the installers, to the owner who had to deal with a structural issue we had. The installers were efficient and were done quickly. It's been a very good experience and we love our windows.

Had a rep come to my house for a roofing quote on the 15th. Said he would email the quote in a few days. Seems he ghosted me...13 days later and no quote. Disappointed....

Edit: I’ve communicated w/ the owner and accept his apology. Given all the positive reviews, I’m confident this was a one-off mistake. He made a very generous offer to compensate but I have already signed a contract w/ another company and will honor it. Mistakes happen, its how the company addresses them that’s important.

On of the best install I have experienced. I can say I wasn’t 100% prepared that morning but Lucas and his crew were so understandable. He kept me updated on what was going on, I was given a walk through with the functionality of the windows. They were fast and professional. Highly recommend. Replaced my 24 year old windows that had broken seals and would not stay open without a ruler. Got double dung double pane windows. Great installers and worked fast. Lucas was my main guy. Had a couple of seals that were not tight around the windows and Mr. Dave came back over and sealed tight 3 windows out of 17. Still not bad but wanted to be 100% perfect for the price I am paying.

I called today to have our storm doors that we had installed a couple of years ago looked at since we were having an issue, and get a price to have a repair done since my dog decided he needed to be outside more than in. Not only did they get me scheduled quickly, they also threw in the repair for free! Outstanding service!
