Harassment !!! They use a call center to harass our entire family.
hundreds of phone calls have been made to us and we have tried everything to stop this. we finally said, send them out to quote our roof. When the two guys showed up they had no business cards but had Best Roofing Pros pamphlets. They got there boss on the phone and he said they use three call centers and he would take our name off the list. Now they are calling and asking for our daughter. I called Best Roofing and told them what happened and asked for the name of the three call centers. Two ladies (one was a scheduler and one was marketing i believe. Not sure how they thought they could help) told me they do not have that information. This company has no interest in helping us. They are a scam ambulance chaser. Shame on them for their tactics. We will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not use this company at all, they do not care about the people. Do not use them, Do not use them, Do not use them.

Update, a lady named Sara?? just called me back and said she was with Marketing (how does that help when i want to speak to the boss), she tried to tell me the call center has only called my wife twice, that is not true.
She tried to tell me all kinds of crap and told me i was looking to blame them and be trouble. She told me it was the same as Angie's List, Really? I asked her over and over to PLEASE just give me the three names of the call center. She would not do that. I asked her PLEASE give me the name of her boss and she would not do that. Now i know the companies employees do not care.
If any one calls a company and asked for the boss, you connect them or have the boss call them back. JUST give me the name of the call centers or your boss so i can talk to them. SHE refused my request and i said please. That is the woman that BEST ROFFING PROS has representing them?????? Maybe the Boss or the owner will respond to this and help us. Maybe not.
I will keep you posted if the owner or the boss cares about people. My request are not out of line and are not impossible to fill. Good Lord.

This company uses a marketing company that will not stop calling me. I have asked, begged, threatened and nothing will make them stop. Roofing pros said they will take us off the list but they did not. They also will not tell us who this company is. I even let them come out only to find I have a brand new roof.
They are now calling for my daughter!!

I’m on the no call list and there is a law that as long as a company that calls you says they are calling to schedule an appointment , they can continue to harass you. I’ve blocked so many numbers… what. Want from this company is to stop harassing me.
