We could not be more happy with this project. Zak is awesome with providing and guiding us through the process from start to finish. The crews is great, being on time and finish installing the solar panel in an efficiency timely manner. Highly recommend these guys with Solar panels project. Satisfied and can't wait to see the saving.

Best Roof and Solar wanted me to hand over the full Insurance payment plus deductible even though they only did my roof and the insurance payment was for roof, fence, deck, gutters, etc.

Final invoice was higher than expected and when I inquired about it and reminded them that they only did my roof, they insisted I owed them the full insurance payout and that I did not understand how insurance claims work. I was able to point out what the roof costs should be per the insurance paperwork and they finally agreed I was right. They also sent me another client’s insurance documents by accident so that was another red flag.

Update: Ozge contacted me directly, apologized and explained that my rep was newer. I do feel confident working with Best Roof and Solar again knowing they will make things right if there’s any issues.

Great company to work with. I worked with Noah and throughout the whole process it was straight transparency. I was very pleased with the efficiency of the roofing installment, and haven't any issues since. It was helpful to have Noah walk me through even after the paperwork. 10/10 will be recommending to people, ask for Noah for the best experience.

Best Roof and Solar did an outstanding job on the property I was listing.The home inspection revealed a major hail damage. The property needed new roof, new garage door, hot tub cover and new beading on almost all windows throughout. Best Roof and Solar took care of all the communication with the insurance company and got the full replacement value! They also provided great advice for the new color choices. They completed the work really quickly and with high quality! Best part? The sellers didn't miss any deadlines and we were able to close on the house as it was initially scheduled. Alright, I will say the process and installation of all everything was smooth, but there was one big catch that I didn't realize until after a few months.

We were grossly overcharged, and ended up paying way more for solar than we should have. Additionally, they used old information regarding a tree that was no longer present, and place the panels on the least optimal side of our roof.

Best Roof and Solar did a great job with our solar project. From the initial design all the way through they kept us well informed and up to date with the install process. The install crew arrived on time and were very professional. They left our home's exterior clean and free from debris . We are glad to have chosen Best Roof and Solar for our home and would recommend them to anyone who wants a solar system done the right way from start to finish.

We are thrilled to have chosen them to do our roof and solar. Our roof was replaced two weeks after we handed over our insurance check. Solar took 6 weeks which was sooner than we expected. Xcel was on site to turn on our system 5days after inspection! Best does an amazing job from communicating with installers to xcel and keeping homeowners un the loop. Katie made sure to connect our monitoring portaal. Our panels produce more than we use and we look forward to finding ways of using our surplus and also save on our gas bill. They really want to take care of homeowners and you can tell from initial visit to the end. We will be referring them everyone we know who is looking for roof or solar.

Ozge is the best! Normally I don't answer the door for reps but for whatever reason I felt called to. She was super nice and welcoming and I could tell she didn't have an agenda. She was there to give me the information and help in any way she could. So I set up an appointment with her same day. She came back and explained everything in detail and broke it down for me in a way I could understand. I was more than excited to apply for panels when I understood that I could actually be eligible!

After careful research we decided to add solar to our home. Best Roof and Solar consultant, Oska is very knowledgeable and helped us throughout the process. They handled all of the design, permitting, engineering while coordinating with Xcel, and changes at our request. The installation was painless and the crew arrived on time and were very efficient. Ozge our rep has been awesome. Very good communication and timely follow. We had a long delay getting a new meter installed by Xcel after a rennovation, and Ozge and Best Solar were great about staying in touch and making sure our financing and overall process would run smoothly at the best rates and timely installation once we were ready to go.

Got my system last year and the process went exactly as described. I’ll be getting my tax credit this April and my Xcel electricity bill has gone to $0 just as I was promised.

I do think my appointment could have been a little shorter but I appreciate how diligent Alberto was with making sure I understood everything clearly before moving forward.
