I was referred to Best Option restoration by my family. I could not have been happier. Best Option Restoration did an amazing job cleaning out all of our water damage. They were very friendly and professional. They explained everything that was going on and answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I am very much happy that I hired BOR Avondale. Cameron came to give me estimate on Wednesday for the job. He gave me a range how much it will cost and was available immediately on Friday. Comparative to other companies, BOR gave me very good price. The way he talked and described what he will do, we were pretty much on board to hire him. After inquiring about his company and trusting his words, I hired him for the job. He was punctual, true to what he promised and his work was clean. From starting to finish he did what he promised. He did not overcharge me for extra time and billed me the minimum limit he quoted. His dad Eric joined later on. Both are good team and pleasant to work with. I will be happy to hire this business again if I need to.

It was a pleasure working with Eric and Cameron, and we are so thankful for their help. We had a water leak back in November that our home insurance gave us the run around on. It took so long that the damaged area grew mold and even mushrooms! When we finally got through to our insurance adjuster, they sent out Eric and Cameron to our home to check the damage. When the insurance found out how bad things were, they tried blaming us. Cameron went to bat for us and kept on top of the adjuster until they approved the repairs. This family owned company truly went above and beyond. Always friendly, helpful and gave full explanations on what was needed and what they were doing. Thank you so much and we’d definitely recommend Best Option Restoration to anyone needing these services.

This company is amazing! Had a huge washing machine drain spill 10 days into our brand new build. BOR came in quickly and got everything taken care of with the least amount of restoring possible while ensuring that my family and home were safe. Thanks to Eric and Cameron! Friendly, fast, quality service.
