Pleased to work with Luis and Benny! They did a fantastic job replacing our horizontal siding with vertical board and batten on our rancher! And they did great work hanging and finishing drywall in our addition. Looking forward to having them come back out in a couple months to place thin brick on our foundation.

Luis and his crew helped us a lot as we were getting our house and property ready to put on the market to sell! We only had one month to get everything "show" ready, which wasn't much time! Our realtor gave us Luis's name, and when I contacted him, he quickly got back to me. One of the things we had him do was repair and repaint all of our black horse fences. Many of them were broken or rotten and needed to be repaired, replaced, and all repainted. He and his crew did a wonderful job! The fences look so fresh and new now! His guys also repaired the black aluminum fence around our pool. The fence was wobbly, so it needed new cement to make it study and secure. Also, they realigned the fence so it properly opened and closed. It's as good as new now! I think they can do anything (not just fences)! :) I'm so grateful they could come out fast when we were in a time crunch, and they did incredible work!!!

I have known these guys for a while. They have done many repairs on Wayside farm and the work was always satisfactory. Recently had them build a deck on the front of my house. It's really sharp. They also did some minor repairs in the house. Louis and his guys are honest, hard-working and do a good job. I will call them again.

I would highly recommend! Luis and his team are professional and honest. They provided a fair quote for our basement remodel and did a fantastic job! Such a great job they also added an office upstairs and installed flooring, painting, and plumbing work. The next job is in our garage, adding new steps and overhead storage.
