I was able to get my entire roof and siding replaced with just my deductible. Best Home Improvement helped us with the insurance claim process and worked directly with my insurance agency to have them pay for all the labor and materials. As for the repairs and replacement, they were very clear and transparent, explaining the entire process which they completed within 3 days. Very professional from start to finish. Provided lots of photos before, during, and after everything was complete. I would highly recommend.

Best home improvement recently did a roof replacement on my parents' townhouse, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Had a great experience working with Best Home Improvement. They fixed my roof, which had a lot of damage from weather-related events. There was also some interior damage they fixed as well. The contractor was extremely professional and honest. Their pricing was fair, and they have great workmanship. They also got the work done on time. It’s hard to find a good contractor these days, and I’m really happy with my experience with Best. Highly recommend! I will definitely use them again for future needs.

Very kind people and response quickly. The company had a public adjuster who helped us receive insurance cover by directly contacting the insurance company, so we could avoid the hassles of dealing with the insurance company.

I had a very positive experience working with Best Home Improvement. They replaced the roof and screens on my home after they were damaged by hail. They worked with my insurance which resulted in 100% coverage of the cost. The quality of their work is excellent and they completed the roof replacement in 1 day. They also did a great job of repairing the window screens as well as the screen on the back porch. I highly recommend Best Home Improvement.

It was great to work with them. They randomly knocked on my door one day and told me they spotted evidence of hail damage on my roof. They explained that it would be worthwhile to reach out to my insurance company to cover a full roof replacement and guided me through the process. I would be lying if I was not skeptical but felt at ease when speaking with them. I ended up getting a full roof replacement and only paid a deductible to my insurance company. They finished installing the roof for my home in a day. Would highly recommend!

Very professional. The supervisor was present 80% of the time. Work quality is excellent. The whole roof replacement was well scheduled along with the temperature and the weather. The gutter job is also very good. My windows and gazibo screens were also carefully replaced. Highly recommended
