Quote was comparable to other companies I reached out to but I appreciated how it was the owner, Drew, who met with me rather than a salesperson. I also greatly appreciated how Drew stopped by multiple times during the course of work to check on everything.

I contacted Best exteriors after my 13 years old roof started leaking. Before this company, I tried another roofer that did a roof replacement for my next door neighbor. However, they were not very communicative and did not seem reliable so I decided to go with Drew and his people.

The main draw for me to this company was the quick and attentive responses to my questions. These guys showed up three times and did a really thorough investigation of my roof. They were initially leaning towards repairment to save us some money but then after their thorough inspection and we experiencing leaks at multiple locations, they advised us to go for replacement. With some discussion, we agreed on a really good deal for a high quality job. They offered us financing options and scheduled our replacement to less than a week from signing the deal. This was a very fast scheduling. They came early on the day and changed everything in less than a day. We were on vacation on that day but we saw them working over the multiple security cameras. So I can say they worked really efficiently. They left no garbage behind and we found the house as we left on our return.

Overall it was a very hassle free experience and I recommend Drew and Skid to anyone who has roof issues.

We used Best Exteriors to replace all siding and roof from significant hail damage. The team was wonderful to work with, kept two way communication open the whole time, and delivered phenomenal results. Our insurance company was less-than-helpful. They met with us more than a few times in-person to listen to challenges and provide guidance loooong before insurance relented and paid what the policy promised. They provided multiple visual options in their software of the finished house, gave us ideas on what might look best (and happily adjusted a couple of things on the fly we thought looked better!) and even brought over an entire section of siding ahead of the project to ensure we loved the sample we picked. We are so happy with the end product and could not recommend this company enough!

Our house was damaged by a tornado in March 2024 and we had a handful of contractors come out to take a look and give us bids. Bobby from Best Exteriors right away separated himself from the others we’d talked to. It took months between our initial meeting and work beginning due to insurance issues but Bobby always stayed in regular contact with us. In a world where it feels like no one will ever call you back, Bobby never forgot about us. Ultimately, what ended up being a small job BEI was happy to do turned into a whole new siding/roof/gutters project and they knocked things out of the park. They walked us through the process step-by-step and always made us feel like we were in the driver's seat and gave us the tools and knowledge needed to make our design/color choices. If we had a question or concern they were always quick to get us situated.
What impressed us most in the end was the quality of their work and attention to detail. I didn't realize how basic and "good enough" the previous siding and roofing job was on our house until BEI got done. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. Their crew(s) were on time, worked hard, cleaned things up, polite, and you could tell take pride in their work and craftsmanship. When so many others just want to get the job done and move on, BEI makes sure it's done right and to your satisfaction. You can rest easy knowing these guys are going above and beyond in a time where that seems a rarity. In the end Drew, Bobby, and the Best Exteriors crews made us feel like we weren't just A job but the ONLY job they were working on. We felt like a priority and VIP customer at all times. They were as engaged, communicative, and on-the-ball thinking it would be a small job as they were when it became a big one - that stood out to us. To show the same level of dedication and customer service regardless of the job size.
One last note and feather in their cap is the fact that once the job was done and settled, we had the house’s outside cellar entrance redone. Drew sent his crew out to take off the siding around the work area and reinstall it later once the cellar work was done. That’s taking customer service to another level after the original job is done. Superb!

An enormous and heartfelt THANK YOU to Drew, Bobby, Skip, and everyone who helped us on this long process that in the end had us fall in love with our house all over again and MUCH more than before. Drew was very reasonable to work with throughout the entire roofing replacement process. He was always quick to respond to questions about our roof replacement. We wanted a custom drip edge color to match our house trim. Drew found a supplier with many options and made another trip to our home so we could match the color. When the roof materials arrived the day before installation, we noticed the metal valley color was closer to a charcoal color rather than black. Also the roof hat vents we selected had thin flimsy metal. We contacted Drew and he sent a job supervisor to confirm the materials. We decided to change the hat vents to another style that Drew recommended. The foreman swapped out the materials the same day so everything was correct for the install. The work crew was very quick and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris from the old roofing tear off. There were a lot of old shingles since most of the old roof had two layers. I expected to find a few stray nails or shingle pieces in the gutters afterwards but, the gutters were completely clean.

Very prompt and helpful! From reaching out initially to finished work (repair of some existing siding that needed re-securing and repair on some bowing areas) was only 2 days! We moved into our house a couple of years ago, and upon inspection, we were told that we would probably need a new roof within a few years. We had replaced the roof on a previous house in another town, and it was not a task we were looking forward to. Lucky for us, our neighbors put a new roof on their house so we got to see the crew and the work. We reached out to our neighbor to ask who did the work, and they said Drew with Best Exteriors. He responded quickly with all the details about the workmanship, our options in different price points and materials, and what to expect on the installation day. Drew is extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly, asked great questions, answered all our questions, and was flexible and accommodating with scheduling. On the day of our installation, the crew arrived early to set up, move or protect all of our things outside like plants or furniture, and then they got right to work. I was very impressed with how quickly all the work was completed - about 8 hours from start to finish - and when the crew left, there was no trace left behind. They picked up every stray nail, shingle, any little bit of debris, and hauled it all away. We are so happy with how the new roof looks, and are so glad we got it replaced before winter. Our home’s roof and siding were damaged by winds in Feb. Drew and his team came out quickly and put protection in place so there would not be additional damage as there was actually hole in the roof and exposed insulation where a few sheets of siding were blown off or loose.

We had a very difficult time with the insurance company due to the fact our house received much more damage than others in the area. The insurance company minimized the damage and sent us a check within 2 weeks. Their settlement was based on replacing missing shingles and damaged siding with materials that were close to but didn’t match, as the originals were no longer available. He recorded the damaged with tons of photos and video and documented that the planned roofing and siding did not meet industry standards. After months of his efforts, the insurance company conceded and we received compensation allowing for total roof and siding placement. His crews arrived timely, worked tirelessly and I have never seen construction crews that seemed to actually enjoyed their work. This is an outstaying company and I wholeheartedly recommended them. He cared as much (or more) about doing a good job for us than I did. Very refreshing experience. I was concerned going into the process of replacing our roof about the cost. Best Exteriors pricing was the best value I found after receiving multiple quotes. We are thrilled with the quality of the roof. The installation process was painless. they protected the outside of the house and cleaned up very thoroughly before they left. They started first thing in the morning and were done by middle of the day. Couldn’t be more satisfied!
