Staff is friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and not like you are a bother. I will be coming here for all of my business even though the next town over because the 1 in my town has terrible customer service. Thank you for being awesome!

They are accommodating throughout the whole process. They have a large variety of products at great prices. They also provide fantastic support to people like me who don't know much about construction and give many suggestions about what to do and what is needed.

With the exception of one employee everyone in there is super friendly and helpful. Have a great variety and people that actually know how to answer questions in the paint and lumber department.

Only giving them 1 start since there is no option for giving a 0. Twice now I have placed a special order in plenty of time for it to get it by the following Friday only to have them not even order the materials I have needed. I doubt I will ever go back in that store again after this.

Sure, I have had some moments where I wondered if the person helping knew anything I was asking about, but 99% of the time over a 10 year period they shine. Friendly, helpful and usually knowledgeable .

Kathy Gunter of CBS has helped us with many items for our new house - carpeting, a shower system, paint, flooring, etc. We have been very pleased with both her professionalism and also her interest in our project. She makes suggestions without pushing ... but in so doing we understand our options better. She has knows the brands she represents, and has helped us make wise decisions or more correctly stated, she has given us the information we need so we could to make the right decisions for us. Kathy has also referred tradesmen for work, which has been helpful. Generally speaking, she has taken a lot of stress out of the project, and we're happy to have someone of her caliber and knowledge to help us during the build-out of our new home.
