We worked with Gil Gray on our deck project. He’s knowledgeable and everything we needed! Best Built holds to their prices and discounts and our delivery guy did an amazing job as well!
Went in last weekend to make a large purchase. The staff was so rude inside and said "Well did you even drive in the back and see what we had." The back guy quoted bricks at 8.00 but when he looked them up they were 2.36.
Called the Kamiah store where they looked up what I was looking for, told me how many they had in stock and made me feel welcome! So I drove to Kamiah and made my purchase and I will continue to drive the extra miles for the great customer service this store lacks (and they have lacked it more than once).
Great lumberyard/ hardware store; it's a pity that people of a certain age cannot problem solve, or adapt to a variety of situations.
