I hired Ben's Construction to reside my house. Ben and his team did an outstanding job. We talked to several of his prior customers and they all recommended him. Priced about in the middle of all the other qoutes I recieved. Job was done in a timely manner, the work sight was kept clean. Any questions or concerns that I had, he addressed without question. When I was not sure how to proceed, Ben presented severely choices for me to select from. I would highly recommend Ben and his team for your project!

We replaced our roof, gutters and siding. Ben and everyone working for him were excellent. They totally exceeded our expectations. We would definitely hire Ben again.

Ben came over the same day to check out what I thought was a leak in my roof. Come to find out the leak was coming from a drain line in my attic space. Super nice guy and very responsive.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had a leak in our bedroom ceiling after a snowstorm. Ben's team was at my house within a couple hours of calling them. Nelson was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem quickly and we avoided serious damage. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Ben and his crew. We had recently bought a house which needed a lot of work. We started with one contractor, but that wasn't working. Ben took over the job, and over the course of two building seasons, totally transformed the exterior of our house. (The job was stalled in the middle to deal with a zoning / design issue outside of Ben's scope of work.) He sealed up the house, installed cedar shingle siding, built two new entrances with large cedar timber and a cedar-timber storage structure. In the process, he fixed several roofing issues that were inherent in the original design of the house. The job also included the masonry of building a new porch with granite surfacing and granite block steps. The work was done in the pandemic, with all the supply-chain issues. and Ben helped us deal with those issues when they surfaced. He has a good eye, and suggested some design tweaks along the way that were a good improvement in the design. It looks great, is nice and tight---we are totally happy with the results.

I had a great experience with Ben's construction. The deck came out excellent and exactly as I had suggested the design should be (herringbone pattern). We used Trex Transcend. Ben was patient with my change requests and delivered on time. Ben took care of all permits needed and worked with the inspector to keep the project moving. I would definitely hire Ben for all kinds of home improvement construction projects.

Ben's team did our siding over 7 years ago and did a fantastic job. A few months ago, we noted some weather related issues and had their team come back to take a look. Ben was able to walk me through identifying issue and explain a reasonable solution to me. We even had a home inspector look at the issue who reaffirmed that the solution was exactly what should be done. Ben knew we were on a time crunch and was able to schedule the work in less than a week. His guys were very thorough and receptive to questions/feedback on areas that I was concerned about. They even returned 2 more times to make sure the job was adequately done. I was very impressed that Ben took such pride in his work, especially seeing that he wanted to come back and fix any issues. He is honest and thoughtful and gave a really reasonable quote. I would definitely use him again for any future needs.

It was an excellent experience working with Ben (the owner). As I clicked above, he was very responsive and professional. His crew was great. I am so happy with my new roof.

Ben’s team is very professional. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship and the work they did. Ben and his team were very fast, efficient and neat. They reroofed our oversized double-door garage: waterproofed, re-shingled, and installed a ridge vent, as well as installing gutter guards on the whole house. I would highly recommend

Ben’s construction has done my room my bathroom my windows that needed replacing and my front railing I keep calling them back for work because they are simply the best ! I will be doing my master bath this coming month . They do too notch quality are affordable and are responsive and on time

Ben did a great job with replacing our siding and painting! He was very responsive via text and email to any questions, got the work done in a timely manner. His team was easy to work with and very respectful. They were here during the COVID pandemic but remained outside our house and always wore masks.

Ben replaced the roof over our bathroom dormer after we discovered condensation in our attic. The first contractor we had come in recommended that we re-shingle the room but Ben correctly identified that since our roof had almost no pitch that a rubber roof would be needed instead. He was able to come in and do the job the next day after accepting the quote, which is amazing because we're expecting a child and fixing a water leak was a high priority for our peace of mind. He texted me photos when they found a PCV pipe in the attic and didn't charge me extra to have his crew ran that pipe through the roof for us. His price was very competitive and he also replaced the damaged wood for us as well. All and all we're very satisfied, they arrived at the site early and Ben was very responsive and helpful, highly recommend!

We hired Ben to enlarge and add several windows to the kitchen and other rooms on our main floor. He has a very good team of carpenters, electricians, and painters. Small things came up during the work (which is bound to happen with any significant job) but what I liked about Ben is how he addressed them all in a prompt and friendly manner. The final result was definitely to our satisfaction and the painters were especially meticulous. Additionally the small details such as moving a light fixture, vent, and drain-spout were completed as discussed earlier in the job.

Ben's Construction recently completed two jobs on our home. The first job was a roof replacement along with gutter and gutter guard installation. We were very impressed with the quality and speed of the work. We were also impressed with the thorough clean-up of our yard afterwards. The second job was replacement of several windows. We were equally impressed with the quality and promptness of this job. We would definitely recommend Ben's Construction.

Ben's Construction came to fix a small roofing problem. (I couldn't see if it was a big problem or not from the driveway.)
Amazing that I called this morning and his man, Sandro was here in a half hour. He looked at my dangling shingles, took them to the shop , found a match and fixed it in by the time I got home. 2 hours later.
I would say that was fabulous response and terrific service! and Sandro was very sweet and confident that this job would be easy. Thank you!

Ben's Construction just finished a job for me and they are top rate! They were awesome in every way. Ben and his crew are hard working, excellent craftsmen, punctual, professional, polite, and kind. I can't compliment them enough because they are simply the best. They did both outside and inside work here and everything exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use them again for all my construction needs!
