Benny has repaired and replaced several commercial roofs for me. He did such a good job on the commercial work that I had him do a complete roof replacement on my home. He is responsible, punctual, and responsive. These traits are hard to find in contractors.

I have been in need of getting my whole roof fixed and was looking for someone who was reliable and gave quality work. Benny was working on a neighbor's house when he pointed out a bird's nest in some rotting fascia board on a corner of our roof. He gave us a quote and as was able to complete the repair and paint within four days. Our neighbor was also pleased with his work when we asked him. Benny also replaced some bad shingles and replaced the caulking around our whole house fan to prevent roof leaks. He pointed out that our roof was in need of replacement but did repairs to carry us through until later. I would recommend him for all your exterior home and roofing needs.

Look elsewhere for reliable work. Benny came by last November to look at our siding and roofing project. He quoted a price, and we made a plan to complete the work after our new windows were installed.

Benny and I stayed in regular contact about the project, and a week ago we made a definite appointment for Monday (2/7) to start the work — sign a contract & pay a deposit.

Since making that appointment, Benny has completely ghosted me. (It's now 2/9.) He missed the original appointment, never texted or called, and he hasn't replied to my repeated texts and calls.

I'm now at square one. If you want a reliable contractor, look elsewhere.

P.S. I'm completely understanding of the current pandemic & general state of the world. If I hear that Benny had a good reason to ghost me, I'll update this review.
