Benitez Roofing was great to work with. I called for a huge hole in the roof where are chimney pipe for the gas water heater was.

Called them in the late morning and they came by in the late afternoon. They were able to give me a quote right there on the spot…no waiting around for days like other companies. Luckily, the previous owners had left a box of shingles in the garage so he was able to do the job right then and there…I was in shock!

They did an excellent job! They didn’t just put some kind of dinky patch. They cleared off a section 6 to 10 times the size of the leak to ensure to remove any other damage or rot the leak may have caused.

My partner and I were so impressed, they even cleaned up any mess they made and hauled the all trash away. I even received a phone call a few days later after it had rained with them checking on their work. They reminded me that their work is guaranteed which gave me some peace of mind.

We know who we will be calling when we are ready to replace the roof. I think they said they also do cement and patio work too? All in all, give this company a try, you won’t regret it!!!
