Last year we hired Dave Rawls owner of Benchmark Inc. in Kailua Kona, HI. The firm would manage our kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout most our house. From the first phone call to the final paint touch ups, Dave and crew were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Along with our designer, Dave worked with us to come up with a plan that was high quality, up to date and within our budget. This process isn’t always easy, but he made a schedule that worked for us. Dave kept the project on track, setting a timeline with regular updates and very little down time. We appreciated the line of communication he kept with us; notifying us which sub-contractor was coming by and when. They were also on time, professional and did great work. It’s a challenge living out of a back bedroom and cooking in the garage during a project like this, so, a shout out to Dave’s crew, John and Alejandro who worked non-stop when they were here, kept the job site orderly and made sure things were tidy at the end of the day.
