Beltway Roofing did an amazing job in replacing our slate roof that had been damaged in a storm. We didn't even know that getting a slate roof replaced through insurance was an option because of how expensive slate tends to be, but Russell and his team were able to do it.

They worked with our insurance company, met the adjuster out at our property, and helped us navigate the insurance process.

Saw the storm damage from the storm that rolled through last fall. Then meet with the insurance person at my place. They approved the repair not long after. We scheduled the installation day and they provide a high quality new roof. It was a blessing I found them. Monette was my poc. Russel was a straight shooter. I wasn't aware that our roof had storm damage due to hail. Russell, the owner of Beltway Roofing, was over at my neighbor's house discussing their roof damage when I came home from work. I'm glad he asked to check our roof, too, as ours was pretty severely damaged as well. We contacted our insurance company, and Russell made arrangements to meet the insurance adjuster assigned to our claim. The adjuster agreed to replace our entire roof on the main house, the metal roof on the detached garage, and even the skylights that were damaged.

Beltway Roofing had the materials delivered and an installation crew out there a week after everything was approved. I have to say their crew was polite, respectful, friendly, and proficient at their job. The work was top-notch and we love our new roof.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Beltway Roofing and they were like a breath of fresh air.

I got referred to them from a friend of mine, and worked with the owner Russell. Two other contractors had been out to my house and inspected my roof before him, and neither of them thought the damage warranted a replacement, but I know my house and knew something wasn’t right.

I contacted Russell after getting referred and he was at my house the next day. He inspected my roof, documented the damages, and thought the damage was severe.

I filed a claim with my insurance company, and they sent an adjuster out about a week later. Russell met the adjuster at my property, presented damages that he found, and the insurance company approved the entire roof.

I’m so glad I didn’t give up after the first two contractors.

Beltway Roofing was in the process of replacing my neighbor's roof after their roof was damaged from a recent storm.

While they were there working, I walked over and spoke with one of their representatives, Kevin, about inspecting my roof as well. He inspected it and found damages sustained from wind and hail.

Where do I begin? Russell was referred to me by a close friend. I reached out to him that evening and he said that he would call me by 11 am and before 11 am my phone rang. We conversed for about fifteen minutes, Russell advised me how to move forward. Once I spoke with my husband he told me to make the call. I made the call to my insurance adjuster, the adjuster issue a date and time and Russell met him at my home(due to our work schedule). Once the decision came back, we made a deposit to order supplies and the next thing I knew the roofers was here on time. The roofers were very pleasant, efficient and very professional! After finally getting out the bed I ordered pizza for everyone as they finished up. My roof look so nice, my Bge went down and I’m very pleased.

Also I was on vacation for a week when my balance was due and no one pressured me for the final payment. Once I did make my payment all of my documents were sent over.. Therefore if you are in need of a new roof please reach out, you will not be disappointed!
