We had a very good experience with Mike and his team. They painted the interiors of an 1800 sq ft guest house in Bellingham last month. Every time I called or texted, he got back to me right away. They started and finished the job right on time, and worked hard for long hours. Mike strikes us as honest and trustworthy, and they did a very nice job. We are glad we hired them and I’m sure will use them for other projects in the future.

We had Mike come by and look at some deck repair work that we needed. He never gave us an estimate, as promised. After a few weeks, we called him and he said he would have to come back out and look again before giving us an estimate. We talked to him on a Thursday and he said he would come by the following Monday or Tuesday. Those days have passed and still no follow-up visit or estimate. We're taking our business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

I hired Mike and his team at M&M Home Repair to tear off the old siding on my garage, weather it in (Tyvek wrap) and put new hardi-plank style siding on and paint it. WHAT GREAT WORK! Superb attention to detail and was always here on time whenever they said they would be. Mike gave advice on how the best way to do things and he was right. Superb after-care in attending to a couple tiny details and the job looks PERFECT!

I did not use Mike for a repair I used him for a estimate to clear a house inspection with a buyer. I was impressed with Mike. He gave me material costs + install hr's. He was way under 2 roofing co.

Mike and his crew did a spectacular job painting our house! I'm very detail oriented and couldn't find anything screwed up. Not the most inexpensive bid we got for the painting job but, in retrospect, every penny was well spent. On top of that, our Boston Terriers fell in love with them! Hire em!

We are quite pleased with the results of the three projects completed by M&M home repair. They repaired and fortified a gate that the wind had partially detached from the house. M&M also replaced an overhead kitchen ceiling light with a nice bright LED fixture that provides much more good light than the previous arrangement. Finally, they installed an expanse of pegboard on our garage wall. All three projects were nicely done and were completed in one day. Thanks!

Getting a house built in 1934 ready for sale was immensely facilitated by the work of M&M. They put in stair railings and guard rails, repaired an old iron bath tub, replaced the shower walls, built internal wall storage, repaired a metal roof and many other problems listed by a prospective buyer.

The floors were protected and the work efficient, professional and lacking all the excuses sometimes found when contracting home repairs or improvements.

Lastly when our water faucet erupted in the greenhouse from frozen pipes spilling immense quantities of water we were very happy to have such a capable contractor a phone call away.

Had a family friend that met with Mike and he was not very pleasant, he came off as short tempered and would interrupt as they were speaking to him. Maybe he was having bad day and I’m sure he’s a nice person but was not impressed one bit. Hope this helps for future customers. Slow down and listen.

Mike does a great job at a fair price. He has done work on my home the past 2 years. He fixed my deck that was pulling away from the house, put in a pull down ladder in my garage to the attic, painted my trim, cleaned the moss off my roof and installed a ceiling fan among many other things. He works hard and around my crazy schedule. He doesn’t mind when I add more things to my list either. I highly recommend him!
