Been coming here a few years after moving into town. Always swing by for stuff. This past couple weeks though they went above and beyond. When I needed a lumber delivery that day, they didn't have any drivers, the manager let one of his employees take his personal truck to drop off the order.
When home Depot was 2 weeks lead time on another order Brad and Tim gave me competitive pricing swapping the depot stock list to their products and delivered in 2 days. The driver even called when arrived and was kind enough to get it closer to where I needed it. They may be a hair more expensive but for the quality products and services it's worth it.

As a builder and maintenance repair company. I just seen a commercial on tv on how polite their staff is. I've shopped there and spent alot of money, I have never gotten a hello ever, when I've entered the stores. The tall bald guy at the Peterborough store has a written attitude. Not a pleasant experience at all!!!

Hired them to install vynal plank flooring in my kitchen and hallway. From start to finish, very professional with choice, measurement, and purchase. The two technicians who installed the floor were also professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. Even saved me close to $1000 over the big box store price. I love it!

Wow. What a selection? Like the hardware stores of old, before the big box stores arrived. Complete with friendly, knowledgeable people!

Did a dlvry in their warehouse ( 440 squantum rd) about 3miles from this location. Mostly semi dlvries r at warehouse specially canadian trucks.
Guy at warehouse was fast nd frndly.
1-2 trucks can park outside of warehouse for overnight also

Their customer service is excellent. A young man in building materials spent a good 20 minutes, or more, discussing materials and answering all my questions. He showed me samples, gave me reading materials/pamphlets, and ran a quote for me. He never rushed me or acted put upon in any way. I will be certain to do all my business here as well as highly recommend Belletetes to all my family and friends.

Needed a key made for my motorcycle and places like home depot don't seem to make them anymore so good thing for local businesses

Friendly and helpful staff! Just about anything you need they have it. Anytime I work anywhere near the store and need anything I stop there first. Or Peterborough also.

Visited on a Saturday morning. Nobody helped me and finally I found someone and she let me know the floor person was not in and nobody else knew the pricing. I then went to check on door hardware and again nobody helped me... I asked and someone finally did who was not helpful at all and assumed I didn’t know anything being a woman. Said he didn’t know the pricing and wouldn’t know anything until Monday. Biggest waste of time and with this treatment I will gladly give the big box stores my business.

Excellent service and incredible store! Didn't know how much they had there. A whole kitchen design center and they made the most beautiful custom doors for us!

This was my first time here, incredibly nice staff; lots of martials. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of five is that when I was picking up (metal roofing), their stock was unorganized: 8ft, 10ft, and 12ft peices were all in the same spot. I had to help the employee un-rack, sort, and re-rack the sheets correctly. I was happy to help but it took about 25 minutes and cut into my workday. Not a huge deal but nevertheless avoidable.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING and the employees are great. 15 min after the lumber yard closed she still got me my 2x4s. Anything you need for home improvement or repair you can get here.

Very impressed. The best selection of Dewalt tools I have seen so far. They have the box stores beat. The associates were very helpful. Great job!
