Bella Vista

We were approached by Bella vista to fix our roof by a for to door salesmen. My husband signed the papers without thinking about it because we thought, why not. We were promised they would cover all the expenses without having to pay the insurance deductible. So we filed a claim with our insurance company and were approved for a total amount that more than covered the Previous estimates of fixing our roof, even with the deductible. They never showed up to talk with our insurance adjuster and after no response for weeks, we ended up waiting for 3 hours for the salesmen to show up again only to tell us that we would probably have to pay more money to them for several thousands more with comparable estimates of the same work required on our house.

On top of that, we were told it would be more than 60 days out. My parents were not willing to sign the check and wait that long. My husband had called at different points in this long process and they never called him back. In fact( today I was told he didn’t have his number on file, and I had to give it to him. When we said we wanted to go with someone else because it’s been taking too long, and my parents were concerned with t yes negative BBB reviews, we are told we owe them money for the roof inspection they did.

We had three other roof inspections and no one ever charged us. I think this may be the case of some overzealous salesmen trying to pad his commission, but I would be careful about using this company. Will update this or delete it if they behave honorably and let us out of this contract.

From start to finish it took less than 3 months. They went through my insurance and took care of all the paperwork. They did my roof in just two days and when they were done, they had my yard all clean. Everything went smooth, it was a great experience. If you need your roof done, this company is the one you want! Mike is easy to work with. His bid is fair. His knowledge and ability to answer my never-ending questions was top notch. The 3-man crew he sent (led by Scott and all of them had been working with Mike for past 5 years) built two 25' wide 3.5' high PT wood retaining walls. In 3 days. Which included demolition of old concrete wall. One of the best parts about working with Mike is his spot-on communication. Super fast responsive with phone, email, and text. It's important to trust who you hire and this was important to me.

I so happy with the work that they doing I hired them to do my sons bathroom . Inspector came today and said that they are so knowledgeable that I should be lucky of hiring them I would be recommending them to any body that would need a bathroom or kitchen Not even one change of order and clean that I don't have words to describe how happy I am

We used Rigo to expand a closet, add french doors, and paint the inside and outside of our house. He and his crew did an incredible job, right on schedule. Rigo communicates very well and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We'll definitely use Bella Vista General Contractors again.

Jason remodeled our bathrooms in 2018 and we loved the work he did! If you're looking for new bathrooms look no further!

Jason did a project for our friends a few years ago and they loved him. When we bought a house in the east bay last year we hired him to do a fairly big remodel for our house, which included an addition. First, Jason is an extremely honest and high integrity guy which is the most important thing for something like this. Second, he gives very accurate estimates and doesn't nickel and dime later. And lastly he does fantastic work and always loves to get creative to find solutions when new things present themselves. Love him and will work with him for many years.

We had our master unit addition project completed by Rigo and his crew. I would highly recommend Rigo! From the start he was able to listen to me and my needs not like other contractors that wanted to do the project "their way".
