We were on vacation in our 2021 GMC Sierra SLT 2500hd when we experienced issues with what we thought was the transmission, making the truck unable to drive. We had it towed to the nearest GM dealer, which happened to be Bill Motors in Cut Banks, MT. The personnel from the receptionist (Patty) to the technician (Pat) were extremely helpful in diagnosing our issue and helping us with our extended warranty information. Our issue ended up being issues with our transfer case. Both of these employees were extremely helpful, kind and professional. While we didn’t intend for this to be part of our trip, they made it much easier to handle. Bill Motors is top notch & we are extremely grateful for their help.

These guys were great to deal with. I was passing through and had a thermostat issue. I called ahead they got my parts and got me in for a repair. Their parts guy was great, the service lady accommodated getting my truck in, and the mechanic was awesome. The mechanic answered all my questions and was very friendly and informative.

Everyone is always extremely helpful and polite. Great customer service. My car got everything fixed and I was very satisfied with the process. Thank you Bell motors I appreciate you all! I’m so happy to drive my Buick Encore again.

I was traveling back to Wisconsin after being on the road for nearly two weeks on a major family vacation. Towing an RV with my 2017 Silverado, my transmission had failed 10 miles east of Browning, MT. Literally in the middle of nowhere. I called Mike at Bell Motors since they were the closest Chevrolet Dealer. Mike was buried and it was just before the July 4th holiday. My truck was transported to Bell Motors. Mike was honest in his assessment that it would be 3-4 weeks before he could even look at my truck. As we talked, he asked about my RV? When I told him where we took it, he assured me that it was in good hands at Sunset RV Park. He also told me that the Amtrak station was two blocks away. So we could take the train back to Montana. Before I left, Mike said that he would do his best to get my truck in and assessed. By the following week, the technician confirmed that the transmission required replacement. Mike worked with my warranty company to get a replacement transmission in as soon as he could. The new transmission arrived at the two week mark. But they were very busy and would do what they could to work in my vehicle. When I called the following Wednesday, with Mike on vacation, Carissa was taking care of things. She told me that my transmission was installed but a required part was needed and not in stock. She had said that it was on national backorder. She told me to call the next day. When I called, she said that she found one and that she would have it that day. Since I had to take the train to Cut Bank, she assured me that the truck would be ready for us to pick up Monday morning. When we walked around the corner, true to her word, my ride was ready to drive back to Wisconsin! Before I left, I shook Mike's and Carissa's hands and thanked them profusely for their help!! We hooked up the RV and made the 1,400 mile trip home through 105+ degree heat. The truck ran perfectly!! Bell Motors may be a small dealership but they are BIG on service!!! I highly recommend them for your service needs!!!

I have an old Chevy express that another mechanic did a bad job on repairs, and the guys here were honest, knowledgeable & got me in relatively quick. They also worked with my service warranty. Highly recommend.

I was grateful for the honesty they gave me concerning my vehicle. My car wouldn't start I thought it was the electrical system but it was only the battery cables which were loose.

I had an amazing experience at Bell Motor! I bought a Chevy Traverse there in 2016, the best vehicle I have ever owned. I just traded it at Bell Motor on a 2021 after 5 years. Both times I have purchased and traded a vehicle there the staff has been amazing. They have zero pressure sales people and they all work together to make sure you are taken care of. They always offered the best trade value and have given me the respect of getting me the best price possible. Both times I have drove away with a smile on my face, felt good about the price I paid and confident in the quality vehicle I purchased. I highly recommend Bell Motor, even if it isn’t on their lot they will do the best they can to get you what you are looking for.

Great family owned and service oriented dealership. I sent my daughter here and they bent over backwards to get her back on the road. Dave, Jackson and the crew are great.

Beware of the service department. They'll misdiagnose your car then try to sell you one of theirs. A year ago they told me my car had a slipped timing belt and it would cost $900 to fix. I had to leave it in their lot for a week until I could tow it home and they left it unlocked where anyone could steal all my possessions. Luckily none were taken. I ended up selling my car at a huge loss because I thought it may have a bad head gasket with the slipped timing belt. The young man I sold it to put a new battery and spark plugs in it and it runs great. Their wasn't anything wrong with the timing belt. I asked for my money back and the owner won't deal with me unless I have a receipt from a certified mechanic. I have a video from the new owner but they won't even consider it. My parents have bought cars from Bell's for 60 years and now I wonder how many times they were taken for a ride.

When the fuel filter on my Duramax plugged up 6 miles from Cutbank MT, I called Bell Motor Company. They said that they normally didn't provide roadside service but they sent 2 mechanics out to help us anyway. Marshall had us on the road in less than 40 minutes. The bill for everything was very reasonable.

I have had nothing but great service for the past 4 years with the service department. Mike is helpful and we are always greeted with a smile when we walk there the door. Thank you to the staff at Bell for such great service. Keep up the good work.

I just rented a Chevy Malibu from them, a week for $249. The woman who handles their rentals is genuinely courteous and very efficient. Our car was waiting at the airport, the simplest check-out I have ever used. It was in great shape, and took us all over Glacier National Park in comfort, without issues. Check-in was just as easy, and the bill was exactly the amount quoted!

If I'm ever back in Cut Bank, I won't hesitate to rent from Bell Motors.
