This review is way overdue due to my extreme busy schedule, I have been putting it off for months waiting for time, but time is something that you must take for the important things in life and this group of people are very important to me.
I first encountered this company when I was trying to build my home. I knew nothing about permits, codes or anything of that nature. I was confused, frustrated; at the end of my ropes.
Then a client told me about a contractor that attended his church and he did all their work. He promised to inform the contractor of my project. Months later I received a call from Mr. Michael Watts. Michael and I talked and he later came to my office to meet and to discuss my project. At my office, we spoke briefly about my project and the conversation turned to God which led to the missionary work I am doing in Liberia Africa. Mr. Watts did something that I never expected. He said he would office his expertise as my consultant; his contribution to the mission work in Africa; showing Mr. Watts as a man after God's own heart.
Michael went to my property and measuring the spot where the house would sit. He applied for and obtained all the necessary permits, hired all the subcontractors.
I decided to research the company and was shocked when I discovered that Michael Watts was the President of Belair Construction Company and that the company have been in business for over 40 years. I was totally impressed that the owner of such a prestige company had such a humbler spirit that he himself would personally address my project with such care, and professionalism.
I later got to meet Michael's team members. Bernadette, a great interior designer recommended by Michael. Bernadette and I met several times and she helped me to pick out my flooring, cabinet colors, granite design and for my counter tops, fixtures, lighten, paint, and carpets. She picked out wall tiles, floor tiles and countertop colors that complimented one another for the kitchen and bathrooms, laying them side-by-side so I could see the beauty of each piece working together. She was so patient with me and allowed me the opportunity to take my time to make my own decisions by offering the three best choices of high-ends, middle, and lower price range that fit into my budget. All the pieces that she recommended were beautiful and elegant, making the decision quick yet difficult, but she was always there to help with a gentle voice and a smile. My home is so beautiful that people cannot stop talking about my floors or my cabinet colors. Thanks Bernadette.

Next is Jeremiah. I did not work directly with Jeremiah, I just remember writing checks out to him, lol. What I do remember about Jeremiah is his kindness. I remember at the end of my project. We had two huge dilemmas that needed immediate attention before the house could be complete. The laundry room was too small, and a wall needed to be removed to enlarge the space. In addition, the space for the refrigerator had to be adjusted for a better fit. I was totally stressed out, but I remember Jeremiah telling me not to worry that he would take care of it, and he did. I returned days later the washer and dryer was in place with space for additional storage, and the refrigerator looked great. He made sure I was able to move on time. Thanks Jeremiah
Tiffany, Michael's beautiful daughter with the bright smile. Tiffany is always so kind, patient and helpful; always offering cold drinks and snacks. I like going to Michael's office, not just for the snacks, smiling; but it is a friendly atmosphere to visit.

I thank God for Michael. I know he was send by God, because I cannot imagine how I would have done this build on my own without his help. Thank you so much Michael. I really appreciate you and all that you have done for me. I walk through my home, and at times, I can't believe that this is really my home.

The entire team at Bel Air Construction is amazing! They are truly in the business of making dreams come true. Their experience and comprehensive approach to the build made a huge, potentially overwhelming job seem easy (at least for me). Everyone involved was courteous, respectful of my property, thorough and, despite snow and rain, efficient. And the quality of the work is outstanding! If you're looking for a professional/quality job performed by a professional/quality company, Bel Air Construction should definitely be at the top of your list. I have lived in my house for over twenty years, My significant other Kim was planning a move into the house but it needed a fresh update so we looked around for someone who could gives us the "WOW" package and we found Michael Watts with Bel Air Construction. From day one BAC was very professional and detailed every step of this major renovation which included knocking down walls to give us a open concept Kitchen and space. The actual construction time from demo to WOW was exactly what they said it would be. We are now the envy of the neighborhood and we love every detail of the selections that they offered

Did a wonderful job remodeling my moms bathroom! Has done several projects for us. Has always done a wonderful job! Great customer service.

Quality, service, integrity...they treat you like you're the only customer they have, they go to great lengths to ensure that you get the job done that you want, whilst providing advice on potential better solutions. No high pressure sales. They won't be the cheapest, but they may well be the best.

We have just started to work with Bel Air Construction on a laundry room move project. So far they've been nothing but great to work with and we are so excited to progress!

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of all those we dealt with at Bel Air Construction from the initial consultation through the completed project. Michael, the owner of Bel Air Construction, his office staff, interior design consultant, and contracted workers were personable, skilled, and efficient. Jeremiah, the project manager, sent us photographs and explanations of the work completed almost every day. He was very responsive to our inquiries and effected change orders quickly. Michael and Jeremiah also made suggestions for our remodeling project that proved to be better than what we envisioned. We were also very appreciative of the time Michael and Jeremiah devoted to discussing our project with us from its beginning to its completion.

We would not hesitate to give Bel Air Construction our highest recommendation to friends and family considering home renovation.

Our firehouse enlisted Bel Air Construction to do a kitchen upgrade this past fall. Everything about the experience was smooth: scheduling, communication, picking out materials, etc. Great job Michael & Team. We could not be happier with our experience! The workmanship was top notch, and they took great care to protect our house. The best part was their was constant communication, we always knew where things stood. They were always on time and on schedule, even when we added to the project. I recommend them whole heartedly!

Michael, Jeremiah, and the team at Bel Air Construction converted an old porch on our historic home into a beautiful new multi-purpose room: powder room, laundry room, dog room and mud room. We have increased the useful footprint and the value of our home at the same time. Bel Air Construction was accessible, responsive and prompt, and above all meticulously neat and tidy in their work. We will use Bel Air Construction again.

We are several years into a Kitchen/Ground Floor Remodel done by Bel Air Construction in 2017.

Michael (Owner) is a very hands-on part of the process. In fact without Michael, I doubt we would have moved forward and accepted Bel Air Construction as our contractor.

Krista (Senior Project Designer) did an excellent job with 3D CAD construction and really framed out allowing us to determine what was necessary for design and construction of the given living space.

Paul (Contractor) did an excellent job of keeping communication up through the process and making us aware of issues and/or complications that had arisen. Most importantly, his team finished the process on-time as per the agreement.

Ultimately, we chose Bel Air construction due to their design and belief in their quality workmanship. There have been small issues in terms of caulking and cracked drywall that I had to fix on our own that I would have expected to last a bit longer than it did.

However, I would highly recommend obtaining a bid from this company for future work from them.

Michael and his team were great to partner with from start to finish! The team he leads were always prompt, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We had an open 2 story living room converted into additional living space above. Michael and his team stuck to their timeframe (even worked on the weekend if needed), and knocked out the project on time in 4 weeks! I highly recommend Bel Air Construction if you are considering a home renovation!

Our experience started out as a great one with the BAC team of Paula, Bobbie, Neil, Paul and Michael. We gave them a tough job that needed to work on a tight schedule and the whole team did an incredible job with one exception that spoiled the whole project for us...Patrick. If he is involved in your project, he will spoil it all for you. Beware of his involvement!! Follow up!!! Patrick got fired like he should have after our project but they also fired the best part of the project Paul.
