My wife and I wanted to downsize. Tyler Beiler was recommended and we contacted him and got an immediate response. From that point forward, everything was positive from him and his team ..securing the land, drawing up plans and proceeding with everything to give us our dream home. Beiler and Co was the General Contractor of our 30 x 30 shop. Tyler and employees were efficient, helpful, timely, attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable on all of our needs. I highly recommend Beiler and Co for all of your construction needs.

Tyler was very professional and provided accurate and thorough assessment of a home repair needed. He arrived on time with materials needed to fix a truss in attic and was able to provide immediate feedback on another home repair issued that needed to be clarified by a licensed contractor. His professionalism and kindness is head and shoulders above other contractors I have dealt with. I will use him for all my contractor needs in the future and I highly recommend him!

Mr. Beiler recently repaired roofing trusses in our attic. He also communicated with the home inspector to provide clarity and resolve other issues with the house. He described suggestions to satisfy the issues. He was punctual, knowledgeable, cordial, willing, capable and very professional. Beiler and Company was the right choice for building our custom home. What we got from Beiler and Co. was constant communication throughout the project (this was key) and a beautiful home at the end. Regular communication seems like a little thing but most builders would rather not communicate for fear of changes or because they might be nailed down to a promise they made. I know, we fired the first builder before we even got started.

Beiler and Co. built our custom home during the Covid pandemic when supplies and labor were hard to find and costs for many of the supplies were rising. There were several times when we had to pivot from one supply vendor to another to keep on schedule or to reduce costs. Tyler Beiler (owner) was on it. He not only delivered the occasional bad news in a timely fashion but had already worked out potential solutions to resolve issues as they arose. This often kept a minor issue from becoming a major issue.

Tyler kept track of all of the moving parts and communicated progress on a regular basis. Whether it was good or bad news, we got it right a way in plenty of time to pivot and implement a new solution if needed. I really appreciated Tyler's input and honest advice on choices of materials and design changes. Some saved me money. Some saved me from making mistakes that I would have regretted later.

In the end, we got a beautiful quality home that was better than we originally anticipated and it was on schedule. As this was our first home build, you can imagine the worry we had in sinking our savings into something that we frankly new almost nothing about. During the process, we felt that we were always in charge but that Tyler was the expert that we hired to make our dream a reality. We now have a beautiful dream home that is the envy of all our friends.
