We used Bedford for construction of a new deck and patio. The deck work was top notch and the guys who did the work were pleasant and professional. I can’t speak highly enough about them. Unfortunately the patio was subcontracted to a mason and that experience left a great deal to be desired. After only one year the patio began to collapse. Needless to say I was furious!
However Aaron, the owner, was more than willing to make things right. He sent out another mason who determined the work was sub par and the patio needed to be rebuilt. Aaron was willing to hire a mason to do the rebuild or to refund the amount we paid. We opted for the latter and he returned every penny we paid for the patio without complaint.
So even though the patio wasn’t a direct result of his crew’s work he stood behind it nevertheless. Speaks volumes to his integrity and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Bedford for our next project.
Well if you are a women stay away. When a worker tells you " I did it this way because I thought it would look better" after talking to them for 20 minutes about why I did not want the molding done that way. Not to mention the floor issues, hood issues, electrical issues and general lack of respect or communication.
Photos are from one year out from remodel. Definitely never use the drywall or title people they recommend.
