Buyers be ware! Hamshaw Lumber will not honor any of their defects in products.
Spent an hour in their POORLY LIT WAREHOUSE cherry picking Cedar only to find that some of the boards are not useable.
Lesson learned. At that price, 2/3 of the boards in the rack shouldn't be useless.

I purchased a Weber grill. Weber makes an excellent product, unfortunately this grill had an issue. Both Weber and Ace stepped up with new parts and labor.

Buyers be ware! Hamshaw Lumber will not honor any of there defects in products they think you should just buy another and eat the price of the bad ones. Iam Done Shopping here will be going to Home Depot where the prices are better and the product is better as well. And Home Depot will take returns of Bad Products Sold. Don't Make the same mistake I made, Go anywhere else. Got Bad Windows, ripped screens, cracked hip and ridge caps, shingles tearing all in 3 wks on roof, no screens and more bad items. Do I need list anymore items from there? And they would Not make good on any of the issues.

Changing the racking in the outside lumber supply. A little bit of a a mess. But the lumber is good!!

Lesson learned. As this is a chain it's all about the $ no different than the big boxes.

Spent an hour in their POORLY LIT WAREHOUSE cherry picking Cedar only to find that when I got it in the light at home., some of the boards are not useable and I find myself having to use defective boards cuz I don't want to spend half my day going through the pile again. That just sucks. What a way to treat your customer .

At that price, 2/3 of the boards in the rack shouldn't be useless, I shouldn't have to sort and sort and sort. This is the stores job.

I shouldn't have to compromise after bringing the store my business.

I will bring my biz to the local yard.

This is a great local home improvement store to conduct business with. The staff are knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. They have helped me ensure I have the appropriate building materials I need for a number of different jobs I complete. They operate efficiently and are able to regularly save money with each new work assignment by ordering the right amount of materials the first time. I will continue conducting business with Leader Lumber.

Great local lumber and hardware store. Usually cheaper than Home Despot and much better quality products. They do pay attention to what people are looking for.
