Brought my truck in that I knew had potential leaks from both front and back windows. Made clear truck was my third vehicle so I wanted a thorough job done and they could take their time. They called back the next day and said it was done. They put a small amount of puddy in crevice in back window area while basically ignoring all other issues. The black rubber seal on the front was even ripped and a few inches of it were loose! They said they tried shooting water through the rest but none of it “seemed” to be leaking. The next downpour I had water in the truck as I had suspected. I’m not sure why they couldn’t just take my word for it they both windows needed to be completely resealed. I questioned the tech before leaving but could tell he didn’t want to do any work. I later sent an email expressing my displeasure and got no response, so I felt compelled to share here. They have had ample time to make amends but have failed. Becky’s service is shotty; communication is dismal and care for customers is poor.

Wouldn't recommend unless you're ok with incurring additional damages to your vehicle, they don't seem to feel obligated to properly fix. The new windshield looks good. Don't like the new scratches in my dash or the mangled up windshield trim. Traded cracked windshield for other damages. Thanks, but I truly regret not making the drive to Winston to get the windshield replaced properly.

They replaced my windshield, it looks so good and I'm so happy!! He did knick something in my car, but he was honest about it and is taking the extra measure to fix it!! I appreciate that!! Definitely recommend this place!!

Brought 3 picture frames to have glass. Waited almost 2 weeks to get them done. Had to call 12 days later and they were not done but was told they would get them that day. They were ready but would not have been if I had not called. They did not bother to call after they were taken on Thursday and was told they would be ready the first of the week. Do not recommend them at all.

I was quoted a price and then they called me back following day trying to price gouge me ,The secretary at desk was obviously high on meth or something,Very rude and basically lied to my face tried to get my card info over phone before i even knew how much it would cost.Later she called back said they couldn't get the particular windshield and i could hear others arguing about a 10$ debt in back ground ,multiple stolen vehicles were in parking areas they were being sold for labor fees but the titles were fake.Beckys glass is truly the opitimy of a fly by night tweeker junkyard haven for criminals.If you leave your vehicle there it will be vandalized

This is the second windshield I have had replaced with Becky’s glass. They do a great job, working me in within two days of my call, and pricing is more than reasonable. If you don’t mind the wait then this is a perfect place for you!
