We were amazed at the precision of Beaver Roofing in how thorough they were in quick completion of projects in tearing off two roofs and bringing all up to current building codes and aesthetic modernity in materials and quality in workmanship, as well as replacing our spike-ugly gutter system and seeming miles of wide and water-damaged facia and critter-damaged wood-soffits. They rapidly replaced all bad sheathing they found while roofing and all bad facia boards destroyed by originally faulty guttering. The roof is now properly vented with water going into covered gutters so that all meant to flow is flowing optimally toward longevity in trouble-free futures. All looks great and works and looks far better than when newly built. We feel we upgraded from a newly defective, low-end rusted out car to a perfectly restored, classic Cadillac. We're glad we chose Beaver Roofing to do our projects to eliminate unwanted maintenance while increasing our residence's value. The staff and field crews were personable and proactive in attention to redesign of originally failed and antiquated systems. Value is as value does.

These guys are excellent, they came out right away and gave us a great assessment of our roof so we understood what fixes needed to be done, on a home we just purchased. Beaver Roofing will definitely be called for any of our future roof needs!

Where can I start?!! Called them to inspect a leak at one of our rental properties, they arrived same day and FIXED same day. It was refreshing to have a local company actually show up, fix the problem and be reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for a better company in my eyes!!

With the recent wind and storms I’ve had concerns with my roof and flashing. Beaver Roofing was very responsive and had come out for an inspection by the end of the week. If you looking for professional I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Beaver Roofing exceeded my expectations.

Putting a roof on a house is not a small investment. I’m not interested in having just any roofing company put shingles on top of my home and call it a new roof. If I am going to take time out of my day for a roofing consultation and invest money in a new roof, then I’m looking for a roofing company that I can trust to do the job. Beaver Roofing took the time to explain to me the types of shingles they use compared to other roofing shingles. They explained the type of ventilation they use compared to other types of ventilation. They explained the roof layering and how the entire job will be carried out. Any questions I had were answered and explained thoroughly. They were patient during the roofing consultation and I never felt rushed. The type of quality roofing they provide is exactly what I wanted on my home.

I am incredibly happy with the roofing work they completed, as well as the entire experience I had with Beaver Roofing. Their professionalism surpassed what I typically encounter with businesses. Communication was provided to me for every step of the process. I always knew what step was next and when it was happening. Their communication was always polite and professional. The timeline from consultation to a new roof on my home had a steady flow of efficiency that showed me just how on top of their work they truly are.

We live here in Crown Point and after all the recent storms I wanted to make sure my roof was in decent shape (it’s an older roof). Called Beaver Roofing, they came out the next day to do a full inspection of my roof. They performed a roof tune up, provided me with photos and videos of what was going on with my roof. Very happy with the work they performed for me on the spot. When we need our roof done, they are the only local roofer we will call! The whole team is so kind and thorough. It’s refreshing to see.

Beaver Roofing went above and beyond for my mom’s house in Michigan City. They originally came out to look at the roof and then asked about the gutter that was pulling away from the house. They were very kind, educational, and thorough. They even cleaned out the gutters because they were so stuffed with leaves when they did the inspection! If you want a team that cares - call Beaver Roofing first. My mom couldn’t be more happy with the soffit and fascia work they performed. Her home is now maintenance free!! The Beaver Roofing team gave our roof, “The Best Dam Roof” treatment! Their team was able to get the project completed in one day and picked up every nail so our dog and kid could play worry free in the back yard. Our house had damage due to a tornado on March 15th early morning. I contacted Beaver roofing at 8am and by 8:45am Rich came by and evaluated the damage. Our roof was tarped by Noon that day. Kyle spent a lot of time at our house on the day of the insurance inspector visit to help us process all the information. The roof and gutter replacement began on March 27th and was completed on the 28th. Beaver Roofing provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

We had a great deal of tornado damage to our roof, and Beaver Roofing did an excellent job walking us through the process from tarping the roof to installing a brand new roof and gutters in a timely fashion. Kyle and Rich make a great team.

Small company pays attention to the detail details the things you miss nowadays with some of these fly-by-night people. Kyle was very friendly and explained the process of what would be done to repair the missing shingles on our roof. The crew was fast and performed the repair exactly how it was laid out to us. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. I recently had a routine roof inspection by Beaver Roofing. Kyle and Rich inspected the roof, found an area in significant need of repair and provided pictures of the area in need of repair. The area was repaired quickly (before winter weather set in). We were experiencing some leaks so we had Beaver Roofing out for a roof inspection. Not only did they identify and repair the problem, but they also provided us with a thorough inspection of our entire roofing system pointing out potential future issues.

I had called for a family member of mine and they answered immediately, No wait times or having to leave a call back message. They went out on a day that aligned with my family member, and from call to cleanup it was less than 5 days! Everybody was extremely satisfied with the results of the project! During 2020, we had Beaver Roofing come out to do an inspection on our roof because it was the original roof on our home. They did a thorough exterior and interior inspection and even went into our attic where they found a leak. They provided us with photos, videos, and options to fit our needs. I am very pleased with the work they did. They were prompt, did what they said, and left my landscaping spotless.
