Joel and his crew gave a fair estimate and always communicated if cost would change. They showed up on time, worked with skill and attention to detail. They did some standard type remodel work but also were able to do some very detailed custom work to my great satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I had no idea who could help on a privacy wall on my lanai that had some rot, and asked a fb group. Joel was highly recommended by several users.

Joel actually stopped by within about an hour to quote the work. Took measurements and let me know that he could actually replace just a panel instead of the whole wall and what material the wall was made of. He got me a written quote the next day.

He was extremely communicative and let me know exactly when he could come and texted updates as the date got closer. Well today was work day and he messaged me on the way, sent photos of the job and let me know how long to wait to hang stuff back up.

He did in a few hours what would have taken me two days! You pay not just for the supplies and their time but for knowledge and what your time back is worth! While it was a little expensive, his quote was in line with other quotes I got and well worth it so I don’t have to do it!

I’ll definitely work with him on some other small projects I have in mind.

Wow, where do I start? Professionalism, communication, work ethic, integrity, quality of work, punctuality... EVERYTHING gets 5 stars from me! I went from having a bad experience with another vendor to Joel and his team and the difference was as stark as night and day. From the moment I called to the moment he finished the job, Joel said what he was going to do and did what he said. With that stated, however, he ran into some issues when he started the job and figured out a solution every time. We had agreed on a plan for installing doors for my office, (where there were none before) but he didn't quite think it looked right. So, he built out the moulding to make it match the rest of the house- no extra charge. I cannot recommend Beaches Home Solutions enough- if there was a way to give 100 stars, I would. Don't even bother asking around, Beaches Home Solutions will get your job done and done perfectly.
