I had the worst service from this company (3/7/15) and would recommend you avoid them. First, they couldn't get the pricing right on the trip and overcharged my account for my deposit despite numerous conversations. I think a company should be very clear on their prices and what you charge someone shouldn't be a surprise. Fortunately, we got that fixed. Then, they come to pick us up on the day of the trip and both the driver and the car stank of cigarette smoke. The car itself was in unimpressive condition - the interior fabric is coming apart and the lights are pulling out of the ceiling. About halfway to the destination the driver lit up another cigarette and I had to complain to get him to stop. On the way home, the power in the limo died and we had to sit in the dark with no air for the hour plus drive home. They didn't offer to do anything for us despite all these issues. Then, a week later when I check my credit card statements, I discover that 'lo and behold, they have charged me twice for the final payment, two days apart. When I call to try to get this handled, I get passed around to multiple people who all of a sudden seem incapable of refunding me for the obvious mistake on their part. When I do get a call back, I get told they are refunding me... the wrong amount. Seriously these people can't do math or listen. So far, no refund of either amount. Buyer Beware.
