Zane was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our experience. He repaired our foam roof so quickly and it looks like new. He was recommended to me, and I can certainly see why. I will definitely recommend him to others and keep calling him for our future roofing needs.

My roof was repaired and replaced with exceptional quality workmanship. The crew was so clean and respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left my roof water tight each night. We even got rain one evening but I was assured that the house was tight and it would cause no harm. Zane was excellent at explaining the process and kept me up to date on progress and any additional items with photos and texts. I am so glad I did the repairs/replacement now and didn't wait.

D2D Sales tactics are shoddy. Approached my elderly mother on 1/15/25 as she was just getting home and exiting her car. She told them we were not interested in having them inspect our roof. After several "no" responses, they finally left. I arrived on 1/16/25 to find a ladder going up to my roof and them having a conversation with my elderly mother. I quickly told them I was not interested and the man, Zane, perhaps kept persisting, I had hail damage, and they could help me at no cost... because it's paid by insurance. I even have a sign posted that states do not approach my residence.. I am not interested in hearing your offer. But, they persisted and persisted. I stated 5 times to leave my property, or I would call the police. They finally left. This country is full of scam artists and people who do not know what NO means! This is why women experience high incidents of rape... because men don't take NO for an answer from women.
Re reply: You are a Liar. My mother did not agree to have you come back. She told you no the first time. I did not start screaming at you immediately. I heard your offer and said no. I was not interested. You refused to leave and continued pressure tactics. The sign clearly states, "No UNINTENDED OR UNINVITED GUEST." If you had respected these wishes in the first place, there would not have been a confrontation. I had to repeat my request for you to leave several times. No, it means no! Quit scamming and quit lying to people, especially elderly people. I, for one, don't need someone telling me what I need. Or, when I need to perform repairs on my house. I will seek a professional on my terms...not yours.
