I had 2 metal roofs, a deck and a plaza cleaned. Bayside did a fabulous job. The guys were all respectful of my wishes to not use any chemicals around my new plantings and sensitive to my schedule. I felt like they were friends coming over to help me out. I’m very grateful.

Nick and Brent did a killer job on my fence. It was grey and sad and they did an excellent job pressure washing and now it looks brand new. I will be using them for all my exterior needs from now on.

Angel showed up on time. Cleaned my gutters inside and out. Cleaned the walkway. Was very polite, professional and pleasant to talk to. Answered all my questions and explained his findings on my overflowing gutter. Highly recommend them

This was a large home and shop that needed cleaning for a sale. The entire team arrived a day early and were very professional. They even finished a day early. Live in a shady area which encourages mildew and moss. In 12 years I have just had the roof (composition) and gutters ‘blown off and a little Moss Beware applied. The roof was looking pretty sad.

Big difference b/t blowing off and cleaning!The mildew is gone and the moss is dead. They will be back in a few weeks to look things over and retreat if any area needs more detailed attention.

We had the entire exterior of our home washed including roof with moss treatment, gutters, siding, front porch, patio and driveway. They did an excellent job and the house looks so much better than it did before. We appreciated their timely free estimate and ability to schedule us pretty soon after. Our home is glowing! We just had Bayside at our place last week to tackle our steep roof that was covered in a lot of accumulated green and nasty organic materials. Our gutters were pretty bad too and the white trim on our exterior was in sad shape. We usually try and complete the pressure washing on our own, but with our roof being newer and still under warranty didn’t want to take any chances with improperly cleaning. I got a quote from several local places. Nick the owner, called me back same day and gave general estimate over phone. He wanted to be thorough as possible so he requested to set up an apt a few days later to come out, meet us in person and take a look. He was prompt and incredibly professional. I appreciated how they sent electronic agreements and also helpful information about what to expect prior to our service. On the day of our cleaning, both Nick and Angel showed up right on time and got to work. We stared up in awe at how they were scaling our roof with ease and bringing our roofline back to its full glory. I appreciated the attention to detail. They cleaned up all the debris that was blown out of our gutters and took special care to not cause our cedar shakes to bleed stain. They explained all of what they did after they completed their work and will follow up in the next few weeks to make sure they treated all areas and that their product is working to kill the remaining moss on the roof. I highly recommend Bayside. They were professional, courteous and a joy to watch doing all the dirty work. I look forward to having them out for our future cleaning needs.

Beautiful job cleaning up a lot of concrete & parts of the house that needed it. Also the roof & gutters & porch of an outbuilding. Everything looks amazing & the process of scheduling, getting the quote and having the work done was super easy. The guys did a great job, removed all the moss and sprayed moss kill. They cleaned up after the work and ensured I was satisfied before leaving.

Angel and Nick did a great job! Angel took additional time before starting to explain everything in detail and set my expectations. After had me inspect the work completed and explained solution timing and warranties. They even noted some dirt/overspray and worked quickly to make sure everything was actually tidier than when they showed up. Great communication from start to finish and great work!

This company deserves a great review. I was desperate to find a great company to clean the gutter and roof for my house and I found this company after I read all the reviews on-line. Even though there was some miscommunication between a worker and myself, they were willing to fix it and make it work with me(the customer) the best way they could. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived home and saw how great my house looked. That went above and beyond. Paid to have just my gutters cleaned but they also removed the leaves on my roof and around my house. There were a ton of leaves too.

We last painted our home roughly 10+ years ago and were certain it was once again time by the appearance of the siding and were concerned about the cost involved to do so. Referred by a friend (another happy customer), we hired Bayside Exterior Cleaning to softwash our chimney, roof, gutters, siding, deck, back patio/sidewalk, and storage shed. Upon completion of the job, we were ecstatic to learn the only painting that needed to be done involved a few fade spot locations on the southern, sun-exposed side of the house. The rest of the home looked as if it had recently been painted. Turns out all the discoloration ended up being microorganism growth on the siding that was easily washed away. What a huge relief in overall project effort, time, and money!

Nick was timely, professional, informative, and extremely reasonable in both consulting with us regarding our needs and in providing a bid. Angel and Nick worked meticulously, taking no short cuts to produce a well done outcome. They are both gracious and honest communicators. We hired Bayside Exterior Cleaning to remove 7 years of accumulated moss on our heavily shaded driveway and patio platform. The scope of work was tremendous and we really expected to have lots of scattered debris left behind for us to cleanup.
