Hired to remove/replace asphalt shingles for my mother in law. Excellent communications and roof installation. Left area very clean and even cleaned out her gutters, all at a very competitive price. Highly recommended

Want to thank Bauer for arranging replacement of our metal porch roof after storm damage and after getting a runaround or being ghosted by some others. The sub did solid work, and one small issue (small bit of flashing not screwed diwn) was handled promptly.

Received a flyer in the mail advertising free roof inspection. Called spoke with Eve set the appointment for Thursday evening, left work to ensure that I would be home in time. No one showed up, called or emailed about the appointment. I called several times as their website states the business is open until 7 pm yet no answer. Called Friday morning spoke with someone about the appointment as I was angry. He stated Eve wasn't in & she would return my call upon her arrival to work. She did call & apologized I set another appt for the same day. Left work again early to meet with the gentleman. He arrived early asked some questions & I explained to the best of my ability. He was just looking at the roof from the ground & then started talking about siding and exterior work. I asked for a roof inspection! Explained that someone else was on the way as I wasn't getting anything out of what he was telling me. Needless to say it has been 1 week & we have not received the estimate that was promised.

Perfect is rarely used to describe anything but I find myself needing it in this instance.
The whole process from start to finish was a great experience.
Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. The owner even came to check in on us Saturday morning. The job was planned, started, and finished quicker than anticipated and distractions were minimal. We enjoyed watching the work being done. It was a home run! Special thanks to Roy, Jonathan, Johnny, Eve, Amos and the crew you all were outstanding! This is a perfect example of a Family Business showing how things SHOULD BE DONE! Cheers!
