Was looking for a dryer outlet the guy with the salt and peppernhair and glasses was very helpful. Super friendly and nice people

The staff has always been nice and helpful. We have bought our garden seeds there for two years! Also I bought a 50 lb bag of Yukon Gold potatoes which are sometimes hard to find.

Updating my experiences after a long period working in Kentucky, Ohio, and Georgia regions. I was not impressed with what I saw at Ace Hardware and felt that they to be very frankly weren't deserving of the 4.4 star that has been bestowed upon them. I felt that staff were really sassy and very impatient (and I tend to be a really naturally comfortable individual). Ace Hardware needs people who are comfortable with a customer-comes-first mentality, something which other locations have in my experience. This place did NOT have that and I felt couldn't compete with other Ace locations.

I look forward to taking my business elsewhere and - when I am working in construction in the region - most definitely not doing more work here.

Always nice friendly staff atmosphere staff usually helps me as soon as I go in this last time I looked for myself. At the end at checkout I made sure I got the right stuff but they were slacking but will shop there again and reccomend to anyone!

Employees here make the place! Typically everything is in stock! You even find fresh apples! Chainsaw chain sharpening is pretty cheap too!

If you're not very familiar with things and need help the staff at the Ace hardware in Bath County is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Just don't be a frightened when you look up and see a feline lounging about. These people are great people they love their cats and are very helpful
