Mark Hrabcak of Bastion Construction did a wonderful job of bringing to our attention a roof inspection, and if damages were found, then an insurance claim could be acquired for roof repair. Per Bastion’s inspection, damage to the roof was found, and our insurance company verified those damages. With the insurance appropriations received, Bastion scheduled the roof replacement. Led by Superintendent Ryan, the new roof was installed smoothly and efficiently in one day. Many thanks to Bastion Construction!

Ryan with Bastian took care of every detail The insurance company approved the claim right away as the paperwork submitted was done right the first time, no back and forth. When it was time to start the roof replacement Ryan was here during the process making sure the job was on schedule and done as promised Landscaping was protected and the job site was cleared as if they had not been here. The crew as well was very kind and respectful Bryan came out and even took drone footage to make sure all angles of the roof were correct both during and after the job was complete. I had a wonderful experience with Bastion Construction, First Mark Hrabcak checked out my roof and I was told my roof needed to be replaced it had wind and hail damage. He worked with my insurance company to see if it was covered, and it was! Then Ryan Cross and his crew toar off the old and put on the new roof in about 8 hours. I was amazed at how well everything went, and Ryan was so helpful took the time to answered all my questions and kept checking to see that everything was going as planned. I'm so thankful for Ryan and his company, he's honest. You don't find that much anymore. Thank you, Ryan and Mark I appreciate you both!

My roof showed storm damage. Mark Hrabcak from Bastion came out to inspect the roof. He worked tirelessly with me and my insurance company to get the roof replacement paid for. Bastion Costruction installed the roof. They did an excellent job. I decided to also have new gutters with screens installed by Bastion. My wife and I used Bastion construction for an insurance claim on our roof. Mark inspected our roof and met with the insurance adjuster to go over what was needed to do the repairs correctly. Mark always kept us informed and updated through out the process. He even made a special tripover to verify all color choices and materials were correct. Was checking out companies for having my roof replaced. I had 3 companies out for estimates. Waited on a final offer and happened across Bastion Construction on Facebook. Reading some of the reviews I came across a review by someone I knew. I called and scheduled an inspection. Dave Rupp was my contact. He showed up at the appointed time. We discussed a time line in the future when it could be done. He took a lot of info and he said he could work with my Insurance Company to see if insurance would cover it. A meeting was scheduled between the two. They did a physical inspection of roof. A month later I have a new roof covered by my insurance so far. Besides David, I worked with Ryan and Brian that helped supervise the installation. The Installation Crew was super efficient and did a great job with the installation and cleanup afterwards. If you're looking for a great contractor, this is the team you want to hire.

My roof got damaged in one of the crazy rain storms we've been having. It went from dry to water, flowing like crazy inside our home. I called to check on what we could do, and they came to look at our damaged roofing the next day! They temporarily repaired while deciding if we would get a TPO roofing. I am pleased they did not pressure us to decide immediately and did a fantastic roof repair.

I had severe wind and hail damage to both my roof and my aluminum siding. A neighbor recommended Bastion and I scheduled an appointment to have them come out to give me an estimate. They came out on the day/time that was scheduled. I worked with David and Aaron during the planning stage. They thoroughly inspected my roof and siding damage and talked about my options - including changing the color to navy & white! There was no heavy push to upsell anything. Ultimately, due to the damage I experienced, I was able to have a total roof and siding repair. Bastion worked closely with my insurance company and they were so patient with all the questions I had and the insurance adjustors had. Once the work was scheduled, I started working with Bryan. Bryan was amazing at communicating when his crews were going to be here and what they'd be working on. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves and were meticulous with the clean up. Bastion was great at working with me in processing payments from the insurance company as well. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Bastion in the future. I felt very grateful for their experience and expertise.

Dave and another associate inspected my roof. Both Dave and his coworker were extremely helpful in explaining the condition of the roof and the pros and cons of making a claim. They offered advice on how to move forward and answered specific questions I had about how making a claim would work. They were also very friendly and talked to me on a level I could understand without feeling condescending. It did not make sense for me to move forward with a repair at the time, but excellent, excellent customer service. I will use them in the future.
